Have been going to this place for last 20 to 25 years. And this place never disappoints. Very good family restaurant with huge space. North Indian dishes both veg and non veg are delicious. Service is top notch and staff is courteous. In terms of prices the cost is value for money. Highly recommended place in North part of kolkata.

One of the beat Restaurants. Near Kakurgachi, Kolkata. May it be food may it be drinks you will just love it. My personal favourite is CHILLY GARLIC NOODLES. DO TRY IT AND DO CHECK OUT MY OTHER POST ALSO.

Good place for dine out. A complete family restaurant. Bar adjacent to the restaurant. Delicious and yummy foods served here. All the staff members are very cooperative and well behaved. They served the food in healthy way. Kids also enjoyed this place.

Excellent ambiance with best hospitality. Food is very delicious but economic . Very calm and quite , sitting arrangements are very arranged and decorated. Parking facility is available. Centrally located and ola / uber is always available. One can try here tanduri items and enjoy.....

Ooops!! Made a mistake to choose this for a dinning.First time visited & shocked with some pathetic experience. Ordered chicken lollipop which was full of besan and flour with minimum portion of chicken. Dry chilli chicken is too much oily. Chicken tikka is the only dish which was more than average. Cost is average if you see but post having it you might feel that it was too high and not matching with the expectations. In simple word below average than any so called renowned fast food centers on the road.May be it was one of the bad day for me, sorry for the negetive but truthful response. Rose restaurant has been our family restaurant for years. We admire the quality of food served.You get the actual flavor and essence of that Mughal food.Also you get a variety of beverage that includes alcohol too.Inspite of being this great at its services and quality, you do have to wait a long time to get a table during any of occasion.

I have been going to this restaurant for nearly 20 years now. Its close to my office therefore almost every week at least once I eat Palak paneer and Kulcha from this restaurant. Its location is really convenient. One can walk from Kankurgachi or phool bagan more to this restaurant. On ground floor portion they serve hard drinks as well. Cakes are also available here and they have very good collection to choose from. Cakes looked fresh and had various attractive designs. I have also tried Idly dosa Rava dosa. Masala dosa was really crunchy and tasty. Chinese food especially hakka noodles and manchurian are really good. Also Air conditioning was absolutely fine.For people opting for home delivery they provide very good packing in plastic air tight containers. Road side parking is available just outside the restaurant. During public holidays and weekends especially on Sunday there is crowd resulting in about one hour waiting period. All types of credit and debit cards are accepted here. Very close from here there is shopping mall and VIP market. Around two years ago we organised a food bloggers meet at this restaurant where many food lovers tried various food here and they all loved and enjoyed food here. I hope that covid19 goes from our country and we can enjoy eating out like earlier times.

This place has two sections. One is for family dining and another is for bar. The food is definitely good. The staff are a little laid back but the ambiance is well maintained. Quality of food has been kept at a very good level. Pricing is also good. Not too expensive, not too cheap.

Outstanding ambience and the cooperation from all staff can not be forgotten... couple of days ago, i visited to celebrate my gfs bdy party and it was the perfect place to do so as all the staffs were very helpful and supported us friendly.. They arranged everything that was very beautiful. they clicked pictures for us ..they encouraged us and joined in our celebration... i must say that if you have low budget and wanna do something special then visit here and celebrate any occasion in a pocket friendly budget..

This place is the first ever Chinese restaurant at kankurgachhi-fulbagan area. There is a bar at the ground floor and restaurant on the first. Food quality is good enough but the price of liquor is a bit high. One can try their special Chinese dish. This family restaurant also has a takeaway process.

Honestly this place is underrated. I have been eating at this place since I was 7-8. Thats over 10-12 years.Believe me when I say it, dont go by negetive reviews. At the price point of the dishes offered and the relatively cozy ambience, I think its a solid choice for family dinner/lunch.Absolutely love the gravy noodles and chilli chicken.Their Chinese is exceptionally good.I would be careful while ordering Indian.Their chicken bharta is lip smacking. I often bring that dish home to have with plain rice hehe. Quantity is good too. A bit on spicy side.Avoid biryani here. Youd be disappointed.Chicken labbadar, reshmi kabab, reshmi tikka masala, are very good.My recommendation would be Chinese first. The Chinese here is not authentic but has Indian taste to it.There is a separate bar here too if youre into that.If youre shying away from this place because of some negetive reviews, I would say give it a try and then decide.

The water which they served as normal water had a small cockroach swimming. While sitting we saw another cockroach crossing my plate on table. I am not sure how would they maintain kitchen if they have so many cockroaches in the dinning area of restaurant. On top of that there is no feedback place to give feedback for restaurant and the waiter was standing there after bill expecting some tip. I am really not sure what tip was being expected from such kind of service.
