Although this Entirely not due to purchase of this branch, but the place I bought from gets all the manufacturing done from here. So this franchise in Nagaon maybe very new or not having any GMap listing, hence I am writing here. The gold price they use has so many hidden charges that you cannot actually do anything. The metal cost they use has difference of atleast 5-7% compared to price of Kolkatas rate for gold of the day. Secondly they will use GST 3% on top of it( which is not correct as the gold they buy is from bank and that is already inclusive of GST), rest they say that offering discounts on making charge, but eventually they charge heavily for wastage and making charge is more than an competitors. The design is no doubt very good, but atleast should charge with all details mentioned as it is, not something hidden.I was thinking of buying more Jewelry, but now I am exploring other sellers, this one I bought as I needed on the same day.
