Its a very good hotel I coming regularly. great service, friendly and helpful. Clean and very comfortable bed. A very safe for solo female travellers. They have a nice restaurant and bar . I really enjoy to have some drinks in bar , its very reasonable price. Hotel is maintain very good.

Was here as my flight got diverted to Kolkata and was provided accommodation here. The hotel staff was courteous. The rooms were well maintained. The only downside being the buffet. Limited options and some of the items were stale.

The place as the name suggests is a hotel. but it does have a restro bar and a family restaurant.I went to the family restaurant as the restro bar was not opened.The food was good but took a long time for them to serve. Also, there were no other people and it was completely empty.Ordered haryali kebabs and chicken drumsticks which were tasty.

I loved the food and overall atmosphere of the place. The staffs were very helpful and polite. Just some few things need to be improved- bathroom and fridge cleanliness.. sheet change etc. They need to give more attention to such details. Also, it would help if room slippers are also provided.

Stayed for a day. Location is very favourable due to its proximity to the NSCB airport, but quite far from the city center. A decent place with cosy accommodation. Rooms are clean and cosy. Bath is maintained clean. They serve a good buffet for lunch and dinner too. They can also arrange an airport pick and drop if you do a prior booking and request for it. Staff are courteous. Overall a good stay, and a perfect transit hotel.

Located just few minutes from the airport, the hotel along with the staffs are very amiable and helpful. The breakfast here has wide variety of items and all are hygienic and even well served. Stayed here for a month , had two complementary meals. Breakfast and Dinner, both were satisfying. The room service staffs were also very helpful and are ready to help you out with any issue. Excellent hospitality overall.

Location of this hotel is really very good.First of all the hotel is nearby the Kolkata Airport (Dum Dum or Netaji Subhas Ch AIrport), Secondly it is just beside the main road VIP road near Kaikhali bus stoppage. If any body comes from Airport he/she will have to come Kaikhali bus stop and cross the road. Thirdly there are two hotels and between these there are few ATMs.

The hotel and restaurant are in the same building. Its on the VIP road. It is very easy to locate from a distance. The sitting arrangement on the ground floor is ample, spacious and beautiful. The ambience is nice. Most importantly, the staff is very well behaved.

Yes, the food was good, the ambience good & I felt the Service was satisfactory. Please check on the rates, they are a bit exorbitant.

Actually this is place where u can have a nice moment with your dear one in a cost effective way... Like u will pay nearly 2000 INR n have two large scotch, two light starters, one mojito for her and ofcourse a complementary cream cake for her.. and yesss, u get a candle light too.. so enjoy🙂

Enjoyed the 31st Dec night and the New Year Eve in its one of the pub Basement. Had cocktails and mocktails and unlimited buffet dinner. Food is really good. Nice ambience ...

Condition and maintenance of rooms has deteriorated. It took 2hrs to make the room ready even after chek in. Check the room before completing the chek in formalities. Staffs were cordial and good.

The place is great for hangout. Though, all items are not available right after lockdown period, still, you can spend a lovely time here.

Our first time experience at this place was completely dissatisfactory. From the pick up car to the reception to the quality of the room - it was very bad. The location is very good, within 10 minutes of the NSCBI Airport, so they could present this as a very high value location but I think the service totally fails it. Our room (which was booked from a month ago) was not ready at all- bed covers and pillow covers hax visible stains, shower drain was clogged, hand soap dispenser was falling off the wall. Even though I reported these issues right away, nothing was done. They have complimentary breakfast which was nice, but the quality of the food was just all right. Finally, they give you wifi in the room but not in the lounge. And, you cant even make a local call from the room phone. Wouldnt recommend if you have other options.

It is very closely and conveniently located near the Kolkata Airport.The reception staff is ill-trained and not very pleasant. The restaurant is okay but again the staff appeared to very passive in their service. The rooms are small but equipped with all the basic amenities.

It is a class resident. The ambience is pretty cool. The furniture is nice. Specious lounge. There is also a disc in the basement of the restaurant. The foodQuality is not up to the mark but soups are really well prepared. Good service, well behaved serviceman. Although its a good place spend some quality time.

Very poor checking experience - takes too much time. They arent aware of the online booking details and suggested one room though booking was for two.The room didnt look organized and the room on the first floor was too noisy - very difficult to sleep at night. You can hear drivers/ helpers speaking and arranging things ( possibly for some function the next day) and even some traffic on the road.The restaurants close pretty early though restaurants in nearby hotels are open.Its best to avoid the hotel unless they soundproof the room.The bathroom was clean hence 2*.

Its a nice hotel, having its own restaurants, disco theque, pub, bar seperately. Service at restaurant is a bit okay, veg food taste good and in VIP area its relatively good. Ambience is also nice. its near to Kolkata Airport so you can have your flights easily.
