It was good the staff over there were too friendly .

Had a wonderful time with my friend. We ordered a combo of 370 rupees which includes : hookah and mixed chow with chili chicken .

Most 3rd class place..food quality was very cheap.👎👎👎.

The place surely needs modifications and more care. The cafe is situated at 3rd or 4th floor and the hotel authority is keeping the lift non functional to save pennies. The behaviour of stuffs standing in the ground floor is pathetic. This was our 2nd visit but looking at the situation we returned back instead of going upstairs.

Why isnt there any option of zero star? Suffocated area, overpriced and worse food (for the given price). Also, there are less options in food.

Flames is a hookah parlour and restaurants.They provide hotel rooms also in very reasonable price.

A very bad ambience ,the hookha base was dirty and the chillum was re-used for multiple customers .But a long time ago this cafe was a good place to hangout.I am very sorry for giving such a bad review but i hope things wll change soon .Yes the staff was very nice and friendly ❤️❤️❤️

Flames has hookahs at a reasonable money of 300 , 350 and sometimes they even have offers of 99 but the quality is little bit poor because it gets chocked but if anyone is seeing money then he/she can go to flames.

A good place for Hookah lover, the prices are not so high, its quite affordable.Mainly the hookah parlour drawback is awasome is situated in a building on 4th floor.Very little space but you mostly enjoy very much wid ur friends there.Once anyone go there, they must visit Flames again.

Hookah was good. So was the food. Super fast service. Washroom light was not working so everyone had to use their phones flashflight while using the loo. The crowd that comes is not very good though.

A good hookah parlour in Kolkata, the prices are not so high , its quite affordable.And the appearance and the view of the parlour is just awesome.But is one cons that is the quality of the hookah is not so good as compared to the other parlours in Kolkata at that pricing , the smoke is very less.But , one who look only for appearance and decorations of the cafe , they must visit flames once .
