Just polished off ‘the vegan breakfast’; can tell it’s locally sourced quality food with the best homemade touch. my family had ‘the challenge’ and boy was it a challenge !!! everything was cooked to perfection, you get your money’s worth in food / drink, the staff are wonderfully beautiful people...and did i mention the decór is cute? cannot wait for this to become my local breakfast / lunch dining experience ☕️

Sweet little cafe, not a bad coffee at all and Really nice clean cafe and friendly service (although a bit scarce ; would have liked it to be easier to get someones attention but no biggie really). The best cafe in Norwich by far. The food and produce they use is amazing.Nothing is too much trouble. If you dont like something in your breakfast you can just swap it out for something you like.The portions are good value for money.I am a big eater, and the 1996 or the Challenge breakfasts are just about doable for me. Stuffed for sure after these. Plus they are now serving 2 different styles of bacon, back and streaky 👍I advise you book to not be disappointed.

Wow, what a place to go for lunch and all day breakfast. Purely found this place from looking for café’s in Norwich, and my partner and I were not disappointed. Food really delicious and fresh, and reasonably priced too. The staff were really polite and friendly and catered to my partner’s fussy needs concerning his breakfast. If in Norwich will call again. Brilliant place.

Absolutely fantastic cooked breakfast! I eat gluten free and the GF sausages and toast were absolutely delicious, as was the rest of my breakfast. Beautifully presented, fresh, tasty, absolutely superb. Staff so lovely, very friendly and welcoming. I have had many breakfasts here and many more to come! Recommended.

Fantastic food and great service.I have never come across a cafe that does both black and white pudding!. What an experience. This is not just a cafe it is a way of life.The best ever. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and there is a lovely chilled buzz to the place. Been a lot of times over the last 25+ years and hope to rack up another 25.

Amazing breakfast...really enjoyed. When reopens make sure to wrap up in layers as bit chilly with door open because of these strange times. Excellent service and friendly staff too.

Absolutely delicious, as always. Little bit chilly but again, Covid precautions means having to leave the doors open. Didnt put us off as the food was amazing, freshly cooked and piping hot. Service top notch. Our go to place for a weekend breakfast. When booking maybe ask to sit up the steps as those tables are away from the doors.

I go probably twice a month, the waitresses are great and always on hand. Food is fresh, very tasty and love a good pot of tea.We came here a couple of weeks ago with a vegan and he is a bit fussy to say the least, he said that it was the best breakfast he has had in a LONG time.One of the best places for breakfast in Norwich! 😃

Visited for brunch, had a delicious bacon and egg bap. Egg and bacon cooked to perfection. Excellent service, friendly staff, well looked after premises. Menu is diverse and I will be returning to have a full breakfast. I paid by card. There are a few bike racks nearby and parking spaces up and down the road.

Always a good breakfast served here. Cooked from scratch so service isnt always quick (this isnt a bad thing). Waitresses are always friendly and welcoming, and prices arent too bad either.

Good quality food and a really nice atmosphere make this one of the best cafes I have been to. The all day breakfasts are fantastic and you can ask for a lot of the dishes as gluten free. You pay a little more than an average small cafe but I think it is definitely worth it.

These guys just made me a vegan sausage and mushroom bap, absolutely excellent, with chips and a hash brown! Takeaway at a good price, only had to wait just over 5 mins. Great stuff, thank you

My god! Best breakfast in Norwich hands down. Nice atmosphere but the popularity of the place makes it always full, and therefore wait times are as high as 45 minutes. But it is worth the wait. Friendly and helpful staff. Good allergy awareness as they helped my friend who has a few including gluten and tomatoes.

Absolutely love this place!!! Staff are always friendly, food is always amazing, great place to take the kids for breakfast. Great quality, fairly priced, I would recommend The Street Cafe to anyone looking for a traditional British meal.

Had the bumper breakfast and it was really nice. Plenty of everything. I assume because of the location it is pricey however in comparison to other cafes, the reason for 4 stars. The staff were also pleasant.if you get lucky the connect 4 game may be available to play.

!Ike this place you have a choice of food i.e. vegan, vegetarian or meat eaters. Always freshly cooked. Games for the kids to play, if they want, bit noisy at times, but no worse than other places.

Such a nice little cafe with friendly staff and nicely presented good quality food. I enjoyed the small vegetarian breakfast which includes a tasty grilled slice of halloumi.

I was amazed to see that the Street Cafe only had 7 reviews on Google as in my opinion it is the BEST cafe in Norwich. As an avid fan of the fry-up, my housemates and I have sampled a wide range of Norwichs breakfasts and have concluded that the Street cafe takes some beating. I cant attest to anything other than the breakfasts, but they are of the highest quality, delicious and served by lovely friendly staff. A wonderful bonus is the great music that accompanies your dining- a wide range of funk, motown, soul and reggae. A really fantastic cafe, I am in fact about to head there now for a Bank Holiday full English!

Great food great staff whats not to like

This is the place to have a proper breakfast. Archers sausages The best, Smoked bacon, Eggs fried to perfection, Runny yolks with properly cooked whites. Hash browns. loads of mushrooms, tomatoes, fried bread, two rounds of toast. Oh, and beans. If thats not enough for you have their challenge breakfast If you are brave enough. Wash it all down with a nice pot of tea... Just do It.
