Service was amazing. And so was the food. Had a wonderful experience. The steak was cooked to perfection. The champaran money was melting in the mouth.

The food seems tasty, but only some specific items are good. Although those specific items are worth revisiting Steak Factory.All kind of Steaks are awesome; I guess that is quite self-explanatory.But the starters are not that good, those fall into the decent or below decent catagory.The Environment was very much Enjoyable.The staffs are also very friendly.My Recommendation will be visit it with your Friends, have a weekend party (liquor is decently priced).

The restaurant that has been a pioneer of sorts as far as steaks in Kolkata is concerned. Good place with good food and decent ambience. A few of the items available here are excellent and you would want to visit this place time and again for them. Recommended place to visit if you are looking for continental food at a decent price point!

The ambience was quite nice and so was the food. However, there were limited options on alcohol which is pretty disappointing. Especially the options for beer and scotch was really limited.The roasted pork was very buttery and soft.

Well the food is nice but services are not upto the mark, they have sitting arrangements both in the restaurant and rooftop! You should try the different type of steaks. They have varitues of beverages and cocktails. You can get hookah too.Additional to this dont forget to take your ID if you are going to have liquor cause they make a lot of fuss over that.

Very good food in a affordable price with nice ambience. Had to wait for 10 minutes as the place was crowded. This place is definitely for young crowd. The food menu is diverse and taste is superb. Tried 3 dishes, all were good. Will recommend lasagna and risotto here. Mutton steak was also very good.

Well the place is nice, my overall experience is nice. According to the price the food is not that much tasty. We had enough food to fulfill our hunger but it did not satisfied our soul.Staffs behavior also not appropriate.

A uniquely designed café with a pretty ambience and spacious seating arrangement- indoors and outdoors. Theyve tried to bring about the theme of pop culture with an old gramophone, a guitar, rock band posters of the old West and some pretty lighting. The staff were courteous and helped a lot! ❣️We had ordered:-Virgin Mojito-Crispy fried calamari-Chicken Parmigiana-Chicken tikka pizzaLoved each and every item we had ordered, worth the price. Both the quality and quantity of food were satisfying. Would love to visit this place again for its amazing ambience and food!

Great place to hangout with friends. Food tastes really good and they offer a good variety of drinks. Food is kinda expensive but if visited along with a big group it is worth it. The interior is retro style , the had cow hats, guns hanging on the wall, bulbs lighting the whole room and a very nice playlist playing in the background. They serve you hookah so the room at times get filled with scented air. Overall had a good experience ❤️.

The good is really bad. It may look good in pic but is not at all delicious. Even the booze is overpriced. Whatever price is given in the menu is not applicable when you visit there.

The ambience was good, the place was cozy and comfortable. The food was good but the quantity was bit less. The drink was good. But one complain the virgin Mary which was ordered was sour was bad in taste and it completed tasted like tomato soup. The rest was good.

Awesome place . located in the 3rd floor , near Lake Kalibari , its almost on the main road . When we entered , there were two receptionist , who were reluctant to give us roof top seats ,said roof top is full.. though later allowed us to visit roof top , and was alloted a table without waiting .Positive : Nice ambience ,good food.We ordered 2 hookah (pan flavour wasnt available) ,drinks .in food we ordered chicken kabab ( scrumptious) , mixed sizzler having mushroom ,chicken meat ,prawn.( It was Okey ) , and veg sizzler ,smashed potato ( good ) .the portions for each item were good enough . The roof top ambience with loud music is definable a turn on. what was a turn off for us was the Table size and also they charged us twice for the same item , detected later , though the issue was resolved when one of their executive assured us we would be given a discount of that amount on that bill in our next visitAlso they had a small washroom where the flush wasnt working. So thats not hygienic. So over all not bad experience . Price was Okey.Note : beer was not available when we asked for the same , and also when we ordered sizzler for take away , it was not available too.

The Food is excellent. That is reason we goes there on and off. But this time behaviour of some waiter is really disheartening. And they should arrange more sanitizer and sanitize the place frequently. Sitting arrangement of two people are too small.

The steaks were PERFECT. What didnt hit the mark, though, were the bacon wrapped around them, though a good portion, but a tad undercooked, and both the rare and medium rare steaks had similar undercooked bacons]2. Surf n Turf Tenderloin steak - 4.5⭐️[So its a steak with shrimps, nothing could go wrong in that]3. Bacon Wrapped Prawns - 5⭐️[Perfect. Theyll melt in the mouth. Amazing job with these]4. Factory Special Pizza - 4⭐️[A little on the hotter side; will entice your taste buds quite well. The crust was pretty hard though]A little more smiling team manning the place would make one feel nice; it would be more than just a come-eat-leave place, though, thats exactly one is supposed to do, but times have changed a bit in the hospitality sector, so yeah...A good 4⭐️ for these guys. If you dont like dark places and vintage seating, wallpaper, wood staining, etc,. this place is not for you.Vegetarians beware - this is not the place for you.Its decor outside, its decor inside... you felt like you were walking onto some movie set. Old school has been used to describe this establishment, and that is a pretty good one. Part of me felt like I was in one part Tarantino Set and one part The Shining creepy bar - in a good way. Very traditional old American steakhouse with comfortable seating. Classic table settings and fairly dark and dimly lit inside. Has a wonderful rustic vibe especially the bar area. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and not one detail has gone astray. The restaurant is kept clean and well maintained. The atmosphere was lively and intimate-- not too loud, not too quiet and not pretentious mainly because of the lighting. Most of the seats in the middle are pretty dark that you cannot get a good picture of your food if you dont use flash light. Especially it looks so small from the outside but youll be surprised once you enter!Their menu is chock full of different cuts of steak, you start to feel like a Texan. Great service, great management and great food.

The decor and ambience is nice, a bit quirky. We ordered fried calamari, bacon wrapped prawns, fried Chicken sausage and special chicken steak. First two items tasted really good and the dips were delicious, the steak was so-so. Only thing is we found a small plastic/metallic wire in one of the pieces of the fried calamari and showed it to the waiter. He said hell show it to the chef. He was gone and never cane back, nor the chef came to acknowledge the issue or to apologise. The behavior of the staff was off-putting and they didnt care about the customer or didnt admit their mistake. Anyway, in dessert we ordered blueberry cheesecake, the cheese was smelly and tasted like feet. Blueberry syrup was tasteless and the crust was hard. I was very disappointed given that the cheesecake was one of the reasons i went there in the first place.

My last review was a positive one but gradually the place has deteriorated to the extent that now it deserves a 1 star. Brown sauce that goes with the tenderloin steak was stale and it was very obvious. Same issue with the entire plate of Pork Chops as well. It was stale and smelly. The attitude of the staff is now arrogant. Low quality, old stock is being served here now. It will be a while before I go there again and will update the review accordingly.

Food has been quiet up to the mark since day one. Caramel custard is a must have. From the menu that totes blew my mind was fish kebabs and the caramel custard. Other than that the chicken steak was okay with a refreshment virgin mojito.

It has a beautiful ambience and the staffs are also very polite and helpful. The restaurant ambience is perfect misture of old and modern Kolkata. And has cowboy themed décor too ❤❤. The balcony is the perfect place to dine at, especially if its raining, it will look cinematic.

The cake was the best among all.

Behaviour by the staffs - too bad, not at all professional.They have a sanitizer stand in the door but no one bothers to use it. The spoons were kept directly on the mat which was dirty.You would love to take a seat facing the road but trust me, you will end up watching a dirty window panel. You might also find some stuffed used toothpicks there just like I did.Since there was no electric supply the day I went, and they also do not have any backup for that, i ended up only with the Indian dishes and had to try a kebab platter which serves you only 7 pieces of kebab and takes a very good charge from you.Not at all recommended.

The Steak Factory is quite well known in Calcutta for their good food and ambience. This outlet is located in Sarat Bose Road just opposite to Fuji Restaurant.The ambience is really amazing here. They have a new rooftop section which is astonishing.We tried :-🔴Chello Kebab (5/5)- The meat was quite tender and juicy which accentuated the flavor of the dish.🔴Virgin Mojito (5/5)- One of the better Virgin Mojitos that I have tasted.🔴Roasted Lamb Ribs(5/5)-The lamb ribs was amazing. It was tasty, soft and delicious. It went perfectly with the potato mash and veggies.🔴Flambe brownie (5/5)- This was also a great dish and went perfectly with the ice-cream.I will definitely visit again.

The roof top is very nice. You can smoke here as well. Service is little slow however considering the ambience, people come here to enjoy the music, live sports on projector so I guess its fine. Food is tasty and has good variety. What else you need. Cheers !

This branch of The Steak Factory is situated near Menoka Cinema Hall. Me and my friends went their to have lunch on Christmas. The service was surprisingly slow attributed to the occasion and they were short staffed.The decoration and ambiance was quite good. The food arrived after about 30 mins of waiting, again probably due to the occasion. We ordered Ham steak, Chicken steak, Factory Mixed Grill platter, Seafood Sizzler, Lamb lasagna and Fish Florentine. The Fish Florentine was heavenly, probably the best Ive tasted.Highly recommended!! The lasagna was another star dish. I loved the seafood sizzler as well. Highly recommended for a quiet meal, on days other than Christmas.

Name is steak Factory but the steaks are not satisfactory. It seems the chef is not an expert in preparing steak.

The pizza was very good. Even the assorted fries. Was not happy that they had only one kind of beer for sale , which happened to be their most expensive one. Either way. I think we can visit again.

Great food and a wide range on offer. The sauces were consistent, while the meat was mostly well done. The ambiance was cosy and friendly, and the restaurant also had a good choice of music. Steak factory also comes with multiple branches across the city. Do give it a shot for sure, if you like continental fare.

Located on Lake Palace Road, Southern Avenue, this cozy outlet has an American steakhouse like ambience which I absolutely love. The music, frames, wall hangings and furniture, everything is in keeping with the theme. I tried their chicken steak (they were not serving tenderloin steak) and chicken tetrazzini. The steak was nicely done, topped with a sunny side up with sauteed veggies and mashed potato on the side. The sauce on the steak however was a little salty. Chicken Tetrazzini was really nice with big chunks of chicken. They are understaffed, only one person was taking the orders, serving the food and cleaning afterwards. I have heard their pork chops are amazing and would visit again soon to try it.

We visited this eating joint on a rainy Kolkata afternoon. Ordered Tenderloin Steak, Cheese Stuffed Tenderloin Steak baked with Garlic and Wine, Spicy chilli porks and virgin mojito (because 2nd October was a dry day). The mojito and Chilli pork was on point. But the steaks were perhaps the best ones available in the city.Only qualms would be I expected the sevice to be a bit faster and the location is really difficult to find.

The food is awesome, so is the ambience. Restaurant doesnt have a dedicated parking, so you will have to keep your vehicle on the road, which could be tricky with Police.

The food is highly over priced. The ambience is fine but the place is small too. The steaks are chewy and bland and over priced. Even the desserts were not up to the mark. However the food looks good but tastes bad.

I am not an expert on meat and food, But every thing was except my sisters Buffalo meat was a bit too chewy(more like rubber). Besides that, everything else was delicious and the service was very good too. 5 stars for ambience and feel of the place. Location is also good too, just near Deshapriya park.

Located at 50 Lake Place, Opp Marble Palace Guest House, PS, Tollygunge, Kolkata, West Bengal 700029, The Steak Factory is a charming 48 seat restaurant with red brick walls adorned with framed posters of Hollywood classics and white windows, in a quite lane near the Lakes. The menu emphasises on steaks (tenderloin, rib eye, sirloin, ham, chicken and fish) but there is more – salads, pasta and pizzas, bakes and grills, etc. even so, it is a steak house after all and their bestsellers are their steaks. If you are not in the mood for steaks, you could opt for the prosciutto stuffed chicken that comes with a velvety mushroom sauce or the classic chicken cordon bleu with its layers of chicken, ham and cheese.

Loads of love. The service is great, waiters are polite. Food is awesome. My favorite is bacon wrapped pork steak and brownie with ice cream. The atmosphere, music is perfect. Even The washroom is lit.

I have been to this place quite a few times but this time the food was dissapointing.. More of all most of the dishes were unavailable.. The steaks used to be a speciality, bit the same was the modes of dissapointment this time..

For many days I was planning to have steak..which of course i have never tried...So as my sister and my best friend suggested I decided to go to this place along with them...Location : Not very easy to locate...Decor : Nice.. Cafe type....Food : We ordered Chicken Macaroni Salad, Mutton Steak , Ham Steak, Mac & Cheese, Bacon Wrapped Prawn and Grilled Chicken..Firstly the Bacon wrapped prawn tasted very poor.. i did not like it...Mac & Cheese and chicken Macaroni salad tasted good and may be was the only thing i liked among all...Mutton Steak did not taste so well.. it was actually a lump of smashed mutton fried well...Ham Steak it tasted better than mutton steak... still it failed to impress me...Grilled chicken was grilled so hard that it was very very difficult to cut.. and in the inside it was flavourless and tasteless...Lastly i would like to add... i am not criticising the food.. actually i had little or no idea about steak... so i cant judge if it was rightly cooked or not..it was my first experience... and i would like to say if steaks actually tastes like this.. this is first and final time am trying this....Price : Not that cheap.. quite costly....it was a strong pinch on my pocket....Service : Good... the staffs are well mannered....

Food and drinks are on point and ambience is nicely setup. Only downside is the staff are not very friendly, service could be quite a bit slow especially on occassions and the unavailability of some menu items can often lead to disappointment. But definitely must visit for their continental menu and drinks, especially since its averagely priced and budget friendly.
