Vast bank i have visited in my life...Lack of employees... This is the scene of the bank and the manager always arguing... Its a request to thr bank authority kindly take some actions

Pathetic bank service and bank staff.Do not open your account in this bank.Morover they have outsourced to agents in Topsia to open an account in their bank.If you go to the bank they will say speak to the agent and if you go to the agent they will say dont come again and again.

We do not prefer to open account in this bank staff is tooo lazy and worst banking system and they dont care of their customer...

Srrvice is very poor along with poor building structure. We do not prefer to open account in this.

Even Snails can creep much faster than the staff of this branch. UBI has gathered all the lazy & time consuming staff, here in this branch. Bad service I opened my account on 3/08/20 but still I could not get ATM card nor chaq book and pass book. Mobile banking is also withheld. Staffs are non cooperative.

Bank staffs are treat friendly with costumers but need to improve their services.
