Customer care no doesnt work. No assistance through this service those who are suffering lots of online issues while it becomes a part of Punjab National Bank.

Opened an account on 12/6/2017 still passbook not issued.its been 21day and I m frustrated af!edit: as far as I remember after a month I went 2days consecutively and after a lot a persuation they issued me the pass book after bank hours.Have been using online banking since so........can not say about their services now
At one point of time it used to be the only bank of the locality. Naturally it used to be very crowded and its service was bad. With opening of new branches of different banks customers have migrated to other banks. Being located on the first floor customers have to climb a narrow staircase which is very inconvenient for elderly persons. Plus the ongoing metro work makes the bank entrance difficult to access.
Behaviour of employees are tremendously unexpected. They treats their customers as cats and dogs.
