Very poor services. The Deputy Manager harasses the people and theres one lady staff, her behaviour towards the customers is not agreeable at all. She doesnt know how to talk to people, very bad behaviour.My grandfather unfortunately has a bank account there, he gets his pension from there only, he is suffering from Parkinsons disease, every month we get there to take out money and gets harrassed by the Deputy Manager and other staff.My uncle mostly goes there to take out the money, as theres no one else in our house, he is handicapped and they take sheer advantage of him, refuses to take out money.Someone should complain against them.

Its a old and big branch. But very few employees are appointed here, Causes delay of work.

1) There are only 1 cashier (when there are 5 cash counters) , 2 stuffs, no passbook printing option(neither manual nor printer machine) and sometime I can see its manager...(like today, I couldnt see him)2) Worst behaviour..3) If u want to deposit or withdraw some money in this branch then it is necessary that u have to wait minimum 1:30 to 2 hours...4) Today(08/07/2019) I visit this branch most probably at 10:45 AM for deposit my 9000/- and when I left then that was 12:19 PM...5) When I tried to call its head office for these complaints then they said that this telephone is worsened...Im suffering this problem from last 2 or 3 months...

I stood for 2 hrs to get my old 500₹ & 1000₹ exchanged , suddenly guard came and told me that only people having account in the bank, money will be exchanged, as a result i had to come empty hand.
