I accompanied my grandfather for account closure who is a senior citizen and attended my motherscall on an emergency . In the middle of the call the lady peon of Paschim Putiary Branch (Kolkata - 700082) missbehaved and repeatedly asked me to get out of the bank moreover the clerk in the cash counter (account closure department) supported the lady peon and insisted me to get out . My grandfather is a senior citizen with partial hearing impairment . I had to leave him alone in the bank since the staffs denied to understand anything . A third class bank with third class services . Lack of polite behaviour and professional curtsey with its valuable customers.

Worst branch in the world... No employee in the bank, rest if the employees dont know what to do... They update passbook once in a blue moon.

Worst facilities. Now Marged in PNB the facilities is most worst. Previous United bank it was fully worst and now punjab national bank it also not working properly. No staf recruitment no work do properly.

A good place with efficient staff but the number of staff here is not adequate.So if you want prompt service follow the timings and usually after 12 there is less line on week days barring the first week and a half.

I have made Life certificate and have deposited at the bank in the month of November. 2020 but still date the same was not forwarded to pension office pArk street.forwhich I am not getting the pension.
