|| Facing harassment and non-cooperation in United Bank of India, Narayanpur Branch ||One of the worst banks ever. I have applied for opening a bank account. It is been 40 days, still did not receive my passbook.I have applied for opening a bank account. It is been around 40 days, still did not receive my passbook.First, I went there for opening a saving bank account on 1-July-2020, the manager told me to come after 10 days.Second, I went there on 13-July-2020. They collected my documents and told me to wait for 3 days to receive the SMS for payment. But, 10 days passed on, no SMS came.Third, again I went there on 22-July-2020. I told them that I did not receive any SMS. Then the manager started to search my documents and found out that it was not even applied. Then, he opened my account in front of me and I paid the money after receiving the SMS on my phone. The manager again told me to wait for few days to receive the passbook.Fourth, again I went there on 27-July-2020 for followup. The manager told me that It has not dispatched from the Delhi branch and advised me to wait for a few days.Today is 11-8-2020. Still, I did not receive my passbook.So, my question is is this Digital India? Why did you waste my time?YOU SHOULD AVOID THIS BRANCH.

Staff of that branch not capable enough to handle the work, they took 1 month to open a saving bank account and they do their work after knocking them 3 to 5 times.

Bank and Atm also work well. This bank one of the good bank of Rajarhat area. This Ubi branch manager and staffs are very good behaviour.
