I mr Chiranjit Kumar Roy and I applied to open THE ONE SAVINGS ACCOUNTat Salt Lake Sector 2 Kolkata 700091 Branch (ICIC0000042) on 15/09/2021 , The girl name called Titus ,,, in this day she took my KYC documents and Initial deposit Cheque and told me -- I dont have Tab right now I will process your account once I get the smart TAB ........She took only aadhar and pan card and she havent took any information about me like ,,,,Mail id , occupation, income, nominee,communication addres etc ....She asked me to leaveAfter few hours Again I called and asked her take my details and open my account she told me today is not possible she will open ACCOUNT on next working dayAs because of my busy schedule I was out of town and I havent followed up regarding my Account opening for few days ,,,, Suddenly today 23/09/2021 I got to know that the Initial deposit Cheque she send for clearance without giving any information about this and she opened my account (3503) with FAKE NUMBER FAKE EMAIL ID because I havent gave Any OTP for account authentication....Today I stopped the payment of Cheque by bank for this unprofessional behaviour !!!!!!!!!!!!! And visit the branch and I asked her (why you didnt inform me regarding this ??? And she Replied : why you didnt asked me before coming to the branch ) this is very unprofessional Behaviour and this is not acceptable at all. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BRANCH dont open your account here

I visited this place sometime back to make a DD for my sons institute. Staff were polite and courteous and helped me a lot to get my DD made. I had no A/C with ICICI and they just took my KYC and processed my DD. I must also mention that while I waited I have seen some rude arrogant persons walk in the bank. They are in such a hurry as if their domestic cow wont give milk if they return home late. Bank must educate public that the persons working in the bank are employees not personal servants. They are there to serve us, its sad that some persons expect a bj in the name of service.

I had approached and completed formalities with the bank on 18th September for a rate change for my home loan. It has been 2 months, but service request is still open and no one from the branch has contacted back for any clarification. Even Customer care is clueless about why it has not been done. ICICI is a good bank, but such careless employees of a few branches is dragging the reputation to mud.

The location of this bank is marked inaccurately. I tried updating the location, but it hasnt been approved as yet. No wonder people cant find the bank using Google Maps.

Promises a lot just to get your money but those promises are never kept. Very unprofessional dealings. Young female officers will continuously pester you to put in more money or open CD but will not pickup phone once that is done. Avoid thus bank!

If you know exactly what to look for the desk people guide you through. I never found them non courteous.my banker since 1997 and I never had quite an issue with them.

Worst services a private bank can give. My parents had applied for the account closure with the transfer of the amount by NEFT to their govt bank. Its been already five working days today and still the money has been transferred while the personal said it would be done within one day. Initially the bank personal also misguided them and wasted a lot of time until a senior officer stepped in. I dont see any reason why anyone should open their account in a bank like this which gives no service at all and is more hindrance than a help.

One of the worst icici branch i have seen ever. very poor service. for a small job they keep you in round robin way. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR and KING like attitude of Junior Staff to Deputy Manager. They make their own rule and bypass the RBI rule.Higher Management should take proper action to change their service.

This atm has very good reputation for two reasons:1. Two machines are there which ensure maximum availablity.2. You get Rs.100 note if cash is available.
