It was a horrible experience. I got an account in my company which was salary account in hdfc. After leaving my job I didnt get any salary from last 3 month.so I decided to close my account permanently. But I didnt expect such kind of ridiculous service I will get in my nearby local branch of hdfc in howrah west bengal. They give me a closure form I did all the things and I submitted it with proper documents. After 10 days I didnt get any msg or call. So today I went to the branch but I didnt get any response although they are giving different reasons for that.and showing me different things which I didnt need to know.but such kind of horrible experience I never expected from such a remarkable company. Pls do something and try to help ur customers dont put their customers in problems. Pls try to help them out.

Worst service and the sales team will misguide you continuously inspite of knowing every thing about the credentials of the customers. More over without sanctioning the loan they grasp the entire application money of the customer. In my case they didnt even proceed the loan processing up to the last step and when I told them to stop they are denying to refund my application money of 3500 which they took online. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO PROCEED FOR ANY KIND OF LOAN FROM THEM. LICHFL is much much better than this decoit bank. If you are not processing my loan you should have no right to take the money of the customers.

Worst collection agents without manners .Bank should hire good employees .

Unprofessional staff.They love making you wait for long, stand in queues longer and then tell you your transaction cannot be completed.they behave as they are the busiest branch in the city and dont have time to answer your queries.they will be nice to you ONLY IF YOU PURCHASE SOME POLICY FROM THEM. i am sure they wouldn`t mind acepting bribe in cash either.if you are not throwing cash on their mouth or purchasing policy from them, they treat like you are a burden to them, you are not wanted in their premises and they will do everything in their power to make sure you cannot do business with them.

Most most most worst bank and its services, suggest to everyone not to open any account in this bank and not to take any loan from this bank. This bank will take as much as money in from of different differnt charges from you on each and every possible way. Simply most faltu bank.

Pathetic experience. You will not get any help from the staff. They dress up and visit the bank to gossip and have tea and fun. The only thing that they dont do is give the customers proper attention

Few days back I applied for a loan The man named Tanmoy bakshi who told me that I am eligible for 5 lack rs loan but now he told me that they needs few record of recent cheque transportation. If possible the please take a complain against the man Name -Tanmoy Bakshi, long department, Ranghat branch dist-Nadia

Is this branch helpfull in closing of any personal loan? I asked a question.
