Its a very narrow stairs to enter bank.Not to much stuff to support huge customer of this bank.

In Lock down setuation public harrasment is most important work.. they mostly visit c.c & current account partys.. they think that savings account people like that toy & business man are gentleman.. what a wonderful our Osmanpur Branch.. worth service.. many normal people & senior person irritated this service.. Sudipta dey( Raja Da) is only staff who has fully responsible staff

New Employees are very rude. They does not help old people and harass people about their documents. They are very careless.No link Most of the time. Passbook printing machine and cash deposit machine does not work.

Most bad experience with this branch. Employees are so rude they just do not know how to behave with customers. I got harrassed so many times with facilities and behaviour. Services are also hopeless. Worst banking service all over.

Thease people are not human, they are bunch of non-productive idots who feel they are doing some great work by becoming bank so called employees. Bank is run by so called old system with few uneducated idots who dont even know how to talk. infact few of the 5 stars are given by the workers of this branch. I am reffering this to google.

Staff of this bank are cooperative.This is not a big branch. It has more or less 15 staff only.

Makes you feel like you need to beg for banking services

They forget we are their client. And they are supposed to serve us with the banking service. There is one male staff, who thinks himself as the branch manager. But he is working there for close to 30 years never got a promotion.

Poor service, they wont receive your call, and sometime you will fail to get some services like updating your pass book, you may not get any assistance if you have any problem. Many cash counters stay closed, and only one may be operational at a time.
