Hopeless this time. Good number of clients inside the Store. ACs have been kept turned off. Only Counter No.04 was in operation at 0430pm till we left the store despite large number of people were on queue. Men available in Store was not in a position to reply about availability of certain items.

If you like everything cheap this is for you.But if you are expecting branded and super quality products then have to try elsewhere.

Seriously after visit Vishal mall, my shopping experience was change too good quality in your budget.t-shirts,shirts,casual shoes,water bottle, big groceries collection, outstanding and huge ladies dress collection all you need.some times lucky draw offer you can win exciting prizes.many people come here and shopping like a pro. communication system was too good.outside space is good for garage.

Most bogus place for shopping.There is no ample amount of products are available for shopping.Customer service is pathetic only 1 counter will be opened for billing so you have to wait in a long queue.Last but not the least no air conditioning in the mall you will feel suffocation inside the mall in hot and humid condition.Not recommended at all.

Used to buy from there during my college days as the prices where reasonable back then and it is still the same. Some product quality is questionable.

Vishal mega Mart is amazing mall one of the market

Most of their products, except a few are available elsewhere. I have not compared the prices so no comments. But, they focus on lower price in-house products, which might not cater to everyone.The 2 starts is because they do not have a functioning AC or ventilation, its suffocating and hot like anything there.

Very limited stock compared to other retailers in the vicinity. Locality is also not up to the mark‼️ Communication is always a challenge when you dont have own vehicle specially in pandemic rules.

Please open extra counter for billing. Only 2 counter was open at the peak time. Otherwise everything was fine

I found stuff that I was looking for in a good price. It has got clothes to grocery, kitchen, home decor. Although, the AC was switched off and there were no windows, which made the whole experience quite uncomfortable.

Very Good place for shopping and the prices are quite low.They always have some offers running.Its situated near main road and can be seen from a Car.

The situation in Vishal Mega mart is pathetic. Cause On the 1st floor , totally it is collapsed and there is no AC? or enough Fans!I dont know why, It is very much pocket friendly shop, no doubt but all over atmosphere in this Branch is just Unbearable....

Even though this is a good shopping destination for Apparels at Madhyamgram however the mother Brand Ajio has some huge issues with the Delivery system.The store advises for Online purchase even from the store & for that you need to download the Ajio App, now you order the items & the same are instantly updated on the App.Then they are delivered & in any case if the Item is not satisfactory & you want to change of even exchange the same their comes the Issue.If the Item is ordered on say 15th of Nov & supposed to be delivered by say 1st of Dec & already has been delivered 5 days earlier on say 25th Nov, the App is not updated & you cannot change the Item till or anyway before 1st Dec.So the Company must talk with the delivery guys to update the Delivery on the App too.

Good shopping malls in the northern suburb of Kolkata. The staffs are friendly but not professional.

Everything is available under one roof, pretty cheap too, but the quality is just what you pay for. Clothing section is very poor too my liking.
