Had ordered cupcakes for my dog which were brilliantly designed as per my customized requirements , and at the same time ensured that it was made with pet friendly products. My dog simply loved and literally pounced on it. For me,the experience and for my dog, the cupcakes both were really enjoyable. Thank you Pet Inn and Ankita.

Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Cancelled order couple of hours before the delivery. They should know that Apologize for your inconvenience does not cut it hours before the order delivery as there are lot of emotions involved as well. Non professional communication. Do not recommend at all!! Please go to any other place. The disappointment for both me, my family and our sweet pet was heartbreaking.

My experience with the Pet Inn is awesome....they delivered the cake in a very short notice and in the same way I wanted it. My daughter enjoyed it thoroughly....the behaviour and the service were highly commendable.

I needed some pet products to be delivered and they were very prompt with delivery. The owner is very approachable and she herself went out of her way to procure some of the products that they didnt have in their inventory and delivered them to me personally. Absolutely impressed!

Very good service. I must say specially during this lockdown period I ordered 20kgs pedigree and was delivered within 24 hrs. Very much dedicated service and also working during this lockdown is something worth mentioning. We get all the services starting from medicines to dog treatment under the same roof.

A nice , cozy environment for your pooches, cats where they are safe, secured and kept in love.The service hospitality that they render to the pets are very satisfying.. The owner Ankita a fine lady takes care of the loved ones , feeds them, pampers, trains the pets. I am thankful to The pet inn as I had kept my pooch under there care for 6 days.. They follow a simple diet which is suitable for pets, there rates are pretty affordable..

I have contacted them twice for my pets grooming but they always come up with some excuse after making us wait for two days , the reviews here are so misleading dont fall for it there are other pet cares much better and responsible than them, had the worst experience with Pet Inn though its like 2 mins away from my home.

Worst place! My dog got several rashes on her and she was full of ticks after i took her home...i kept her for one week and i am extremely unhappy with the experience....she also became weak and skinny !
