Overloaded store. Thats the feeling you get when you visit this store. It feels as if things will fall on you any moment.No matter which day of the week you visit, their cash tills are never 100% operational. There is always a long queue and yet they do not open all the billing counters. You may think that they are short staffed.. Noooo you will find their staff huddled somewhere or sitting comfortably and talking on phone📱These are some basic things that makes your experience. Other than that I have always found whatever I have looked for.I find the vegetables and fruits are better than the Spencer store in Downtown Mall.I hope these guys manage the floor better ✌🏻

In fact this is store managers fault that he doesnt keep female security at gate to check Female customers.DOES ANYONE APPROVE A MAN CHECKING A GIRLS BAG???Since its a big mistake, it can never be given 5stars.I observed here several times that maximum staff are untrained.

Store representatives are busy with Jio Mart.when you order from jio mart, they will delivered wrong item / value less than your order.Not ready to rectify the item.Better to avoid this stores.

Update: This outlet has become the most overcrowded, unorganised & dirty in terms of shopping ergonomics. Earlier it used to be a fine place but now I dont feel like shopping there anymore. Its dirty, aisles are blocked & piled up with boxes, staff is stressed out, customers cant move around as freely and mostly will need help reaching items on racks. I hope the company sees this and takes note. Not eveyone is looking to buy from Jiomart, some still like to pickup their groceries.Pretty good, almost all merchandise are discounted. Paying through through paytm only got me Rs5 cashback, instead of the 5% as advertised. So, its not worth all that hassle, instead Id rather use my card.

Not observing social distancing norms at all. Total chaos. With the store steaming with Jio Mart delivery staff minimum 25 guys over and above the store staff just buzzing around the place at any given time. Customer who is coming to do retail purchase is compromised and tortured with all the restrictions. Stand in line with 1 meter distance, mask compulsory, not more than 2 people at a time etc..where are the social distancing norms inside the store. I have myself experienced some foreigners walk into the store, 4 at a time..walk out with one bottle of cola. I even questioned the security about this. They say they cant control. All rules and regulations are for a common rule abiding citizen of this so called free country. Reliance and government ..we cantdare, can we?

Vegetables section is good. Other things like grocery, personal usage items are ok too.

Conjested place to shop with trolley, but have lot of discount not arranged, dint like the products arranged. If u shop there they wont provide home delivery.

This is no longer a good store. The cleanliness and hygiene has gone for a toss. It appears more like a warehouse for JIOMart. The staff is more interested in packing the JIOMart orders than helping you with your queries. Never use this for in store purchase.

Excellent store with lots of varieties and presence of many products. Good to see many patanjali products being available. Interesting thing is that you will get minimum 2% discount starting on products. I have seen huge discounts on a number of products, also lots of items with buy1 get1 free. Only vegetable and fruit prices are comparable with not much lesser prices. Otherwise it is an excellent place :-)

It has all the groceries, and daily usable products, but have very few cooking utensils like kadai, pressure cooker etc.If you want to go for cooking utensils, I would suggest to look for some different place.

Used to be good but now it is very poor. Only one or two billing counters are operational at any point of time leading to huge lines near billing counters. No manager is present also for any complaining

Great place to shop groceries. Also there is CCD, Dominos and other shops under the same roof. There is also a good restaurant(HOLA) to have your lunch or brunch or dinner.

Its very good to see that reliance has set their retail in such distant outbounded area of Kolkata. I like to visit here usually the Rosedale plaza is very good place for hangout and Reliance smart providing very remarkable offers comparable to Spencer which is established near to it and having two center. I will recommend everyone to visit because every single utilities are available here. Also, the prices of vegetables here are very standard and cheap quality wise. Some stuffs and articles may not available regularly depending on the demand.

It is located inside rosedale plaza, in front of UEM college and karigori bhawan. Reliance Smart sells all the grocery items, it is giving tough competition to Spencers specially in shapoorji, uniworld, Rosedale area. The products are very good at this store, perishable food items like cheese, milk, fresh green vegetables are also available at reasonable prices. Generally this store sells the products at 5% less(discounted price) than MRP of products

Its just below the Rosedale Apts or 5-15mins walk from the uniworld city towers depending on which tower u stay in.A nice supermart which has groceries and toiletries, fruits, juices etc.However if you go in the late evening the chances of getting a variety and quality of fruits and vegetables is less.They accept cash and card.Closure at time 9pm mostly.
