Good service with availability of varieties.

Staying near by Patuli for over 3 years and cant think of anything else without this place for any celebration. Whether its cake for birthday,anniversary, Teachers day or any other festivities. They have varieties of cakes ,pastries, snack items,cookies fruit cake both veg and non veg .My personal favourite snack is Chicken internet. You can dine there too though standingand they serve the snacks steaming hot too. The quality of the items are so fresh. Cakes cream are yummy. Fruit cake and cupcakes for childrens tiffin item . Varieties of cookies. Christmas special cake are also available there. We always enjoy their food .The staffs are following all safety norms. Go and experience it.

Staff behaviour is so bad. And they dont accept cards. Always the create an issue with your card or told you that theirs wifi signals have an issue so they dont accept cards only cash facility available. I faced same problem with this shop multiple times.

Test could be better but due to lack of responsibility for the customer your stuff didnt listen to the customer properly. I order some snacks along with the instructions that food should be delivered hot and fresh . But you guys totally ignored that. This Will not be tolerated again.

Always have good stock of confectioneries and necessary items at reasonable rates rather than Cakes! Even special cake deliveries for Customized Birthday Cakes are done amazingly!

This is a great outlet..

I purchased 4 pastries along with other items instructed them to give 2 each in 2 seperate boxes. But after coming home i found they have given 1 pastry each in 2 boxes.When asked about bill they said the machine is not working. Though i didnt realised then what was tgeir plan as i clearly remeber the boy who was calculating taken 4 pastries price into account. This is just a planned cheating or just a mistake of the counter girl. Just take note of it as it will ruin your reputation. Do take notice of it.

This outlet is more spacious as compared two other outlets of Mio Amore in Kolkata. The cakes , pastries etc sold here are very fresh and there were many varieties available. One can Park his or her two wheeler on the road just outside the shop also a car can be parked for a couple of minutes to take away the food. Happy Eating 🙂

Good food quality and service.... The non veg food served here is usually fresh.... The best part of Mio Amore is the variety of cakes available. They also started selling cakes with zodiac signs. Dont know anything about veg items...

The reliability of the store with regard to freshness of the items is really not upto the mark. Vegetarian items like Patties are sometimes a day old and the filling is also not fresh . Sometimes, the same patties is flavorful. So you cannot really rate it well. But its a good idea to remind the person at the counter to only give you fresh products even if they give out the cliched reply - Everything is fresh!

I was there in yesterday, it was neat & clean, spacious, maintain good stocks of items, but more man power is required, sometimes they pay more focus on swiggy orders rather then customers present at the counter.

They have a lot of varieties and the counter is air conditioned and spacious.But staffs are not worthy.

Good service best food in mio amore

I had ordered a birthday cake for home delivery from ds outlet and after opening the pack we discoverd that it wasnt the same cake dat i had ordered for and also the cake was STALE and the cream on the cake tasted sour. I had also ordered for candles along with it but they didnt deliver the candles inspite of taking the money for it. This was the worst experience ever with mio amore. I would request the company to keep a watch on the franchisee owners and their work. I would like to request the public to b aware of such discrepancies.

The shop has two fellow distributing the eatables one bigger boy another smaller than the other. The bigger boy has a very bad behavior and tone of speaking I went there to have a pastry there and it was raining heavily yesterday and I was about to enter the shop and the bigger boy told me vehemently to keep my umbrella outside he said keep on the crate outside as there was no other umbrella I was not knowing where to keep I wanted not to purchase anything from there and go away but I didnt wanted to create a scene in front of others and kept the good will of mio amore because personally I am a big fan of mio amore. There were previously two other boys whose behavior was much nicer than the fellows now. I would strictly recommend the owner to replace the current two boys with the previous two boys there behavior was much humble and far more better.
