Worst service. No card swaping machine or online paytm app service is available there... Wouldnt prefer to take anything from there next time, Moreover the cake I purchased, Eggless chocolate cake was bad at taste and the texture was so coarse... Other stores of mio amore have better quality cakes than this one.

Finding the shop was difficult, especially for someone who doesnt know this part of the city. Baguiati is fine, but this place is way deep inside. I took a bus and simply asked the conductor to drop me at Ashwini Nagar. He did so. After that finding the shop was difficult since on Google maps, the location of the shop is completely different. I will update the location and hope that Google accepts the changes so that other people may avoid the trouble I went through. All that apart, the store was good as always, as are all other outlets of Mio Amore. Clean, hygienic,well trained and helpful staff. Their catalogue of 3d cakes is excellent, at par with monginis, and most of the times cheaper than that. Its my go to shop now for all things cakes and pastry related, although I visit another outlet the one closer to my place instead of this particular one.

Nothing to rate because this is same as other mio amore shop i believe. I never been there at this particular shop. As per the address mentioned here, the shop this is at Baguihati. But as per map position it is showing at durganagar janapath road, which is wrong. Requiring shop owner to correct it.

Behaviour of sales man is very very bad.They made customers wait for 20 minutes.Besides they used to sell stale foods.Avoid this shop.
