Sells great sweets and snacks. Service is poor. Very poor.Reasonably priced products.These guys have worst service. Even when the shop is empty I had to shout out my order 3 times but to no avail. I had to walk out without buying sweets. The salesmen feel as if they are doing a great favour by selling. They wont respond if the customer is speaking in Bengali (hell yes, in Kolkata). Im giving 2 stars for poor service. The poor service is a huge repelling factor. Wont come back

HorrifyingI came for packing of dhokla and khasta kachori for 40 persons when asked for plates for them to be served they denied. Atleast this much common sense they should Have that I wont have it alone .They gave excuses that when packing is done then no plates are taken. They didnt even thought I would have taken the items seperately also each 40 box .Anyways bad experienceLastly After argument they gave it.......Thanks a lot

Totally waste of money, yesterday I bought 2 plates of dum aloo (Rs 90/plate) which smells very bad. They gave me 2-3 days old food. I suggest that dont buy from this branch. They even dont have lights(electricity) in their store. Please close this store asap.

One of the finest establishment selling both sweets and namkeens as well as cakes and pastries at Behala. Huge variety products in all categories available and quality is superb. Price too is in line with quality. Mostly its takeaway place but some space for eating is also kept. Still wud prefer to avoid eating there as cleanliness is an issue at times.

Excellent and quality food provider. Very renowned in kolkata. Mainly sweets are sold besides some tongue licking snacks. Prices are bit on the higher side but quality makes up for that.situated on DH ROAD so parking is not a problem. Both self service and rake aways facilities are available.

Worst experience we had. We had ordered 200 food packets with Radhaballabi but they had not given that in food packet, we had distributed the packets and later on got to know that there was no Radhaballabi inside the packet.It was very embarrassing for all of us.We had made the full payment while placing the order may be that is the reason they misbehaved like anything and took it for granted.Their behaviour is horrible and food also , I would recommend everyone not to order food from this place further.Even if you tell them they dont bother to rectify or admit their fault.

In the lunch section only a single guy was deployed for serving the food. At first you need to pay and take the bill. After taking the bill you will have to submit it to the respective counter from where you want purchase the item. Mainly this bill is to be submitted at the lunch counter. In the rush hours of puja when the demands of quite high, they deploy only one guy for serving, which makes the process quite slow.If I go with the quality of food, then I would at first like to say that they hardly use any oil for cooking. It is good for health. The special thali costs around rupees 220 which might vary from time to time. In this thali you will get served with vegetable curries of your choice. This thali menu is customizable as per your choice from the list of available alternatives. The Gulab Jamun to taste was awesome.Over all it was a nice experience at this counter.

Paradise for Vegetarians. Yes you are right, its the paradise for Vegetarians. No onion - no garlic , absolutely Veg foods available here. Food quality is fantastic and hygienic. If you are looking for sweets then theres a lot of variety. Ill suggest you to try Dry-fuits Laddu, GulabJamun, Rosogolla, gond-laddu. These are my favourites. If you are planning to have something heavy as a meal then go for Combo ,like :- Masala kulcha combo (1pc culcha with 1sabji) , Naan combo (same as kulcha combo) and others. Go for any sabji, you will love it, specially try the Kadai paneer, palak paneer and Sahi paneer. You wont regret after having food from here.
