Ordered a red velvet heart shaped cake 1pound via swiggy for my wifes birthday.. Specifically requested in writing to write the name in the cake.. After placing the order called the shop to repeat the same.. The person on the other end even spelled the name.. The cake arrived without any names.. Cake shop says its a simple mistake and they can do nothing.. Horrible service.. The owner was so cool about it.
