Cake was superb, it was a lovely surprise by my hubby. Flower was fresh. Kitkat was very cutely packaged. Everything was on time. Loved the surprise by my hubby. But one thing was disheartening when I have seen the guy who is delivering everything was riding Bicycle from laketown to birati. It has broken my heart into pieces that too on my birthday eve. Please provide them that amount of money so that they can afford a scooter or scooty or bike. Or provide them the vehicles. Dont be so inhuman. Cut two stars only for that. They are your employees I know situation is tough still. Please take care of your employees because they are doing so much for the company may be he is the only earning member. Please take care of them, Sir. Thank you.

Very bad experience. I cannot comment on their flowers but their cake delivery is a total scam . I ordered a cake to be delivered at Bolpur paying extra for the delivery . The cake that was delivered look totally different from what I ordered (it was outsourced from a mediocre bakery & wouldn’t have cost more than 250/, definitely not worth 669/ what I paid for ) and they didn’t deliver in time either .Neither was the personal note that was asked for given with it . Overall very disappointing. Feel cheated.Would certainly not want anyone to fall for their selection of cakes ( the pictures of which I’m sure are just copy pasted off the net )

Extremely Bad Service. Lost 200 Rupees for nothing. I highly recommend everyone to avoid using this website. I had a very bad experience and I would like to share it so that it does not go unnoticed. I had ordered a bouquet for my mother on the occasion of her birthday and had specified the time of delivery to be between 10:00 AM and !1:00 AM, the next day. For delivery in this specified time slot they had charged me Rupees 200. Even after all that, she did not receive the bouquet on time. They delivery was more than half an hour late. So I would like to recommend everyone to avoid buying anything from this website.

It was horrible experience.. I ordered a birthday cake, paid for the priority slot also. It didnt even reach by 3pm. I called up the customer care executive multiple times but no one picked up. They have a option to chat also but no body answers. And finally they didnt even deliver the cake at all.

I dont know about their flowers, but they certainly seem to be running a scam as far as cakes are concerned. I ordered online from floweraura.com, just to be clear. Its natural for the delivered cake to look a bit different from how it looks on the website, but you certainly dont expect the difference to be like chalk and cheese. You dont want to receive a cake worth ₹250 when you paid ₹649. Not only that, they double-down and refuse to admit that they were in error. The icing on the cake is so without finasse and so unprofessional, you would think your 5 year old could do a better job. Also, the message on the cake would be very different from what you had asked for.

The most unreliable service i have ever used i order a rose bouquet with cake for valentine day on 13-02-2021 to be deliver on 14-02-2021 at the time slot 1500-2200 but they only delivered the cake and told the recipient that they have lost the flower and it will be delivered towmorow its a valentine day gift for christ sake FRAUD ALERT!!!my order id 5121365

I ordered a cake from flower aura as teachers day surprise for my professor. Everything was going smooth untill they messed up with the delivery. They were unable to deliver the product on time. And after repeated calling and taking updates they delivered it almost 3.5 hours late of the due time. So it was disappointing4686559 this is the order number.

Very poor delivery service.its a scam .I ordered bouquet for my parents marriage anniversary celebration but they didnt turned up on time.its a complete fake site.

At the time of making the purchase they took the payment and assured delivery within a certain time. Even after confirming the time multiple times the delivery never came. I have been waiting for my delivery till 11pm and still no sign of it. Never had such a terrible service in my life. On top of this they have a delivery charge. I think Dunzo or WeFast would have been faster, cheaper and more efficient than them. I do not recommend this place at all.

Hi,I want to say that this was my first experience with Flower Aura.Service was good as it was delivered on time and date, but the quality of a cake is very pathetic, it was bitter in taste especially the red portion of the cake was very very bitter in taste as well as cakes look very different from the original one that was shown on your website thatsy i have uploaded the cake pic of the cake..please see it and you only tell me,this was look of the cake that i had ordered.My whole anniversary surprise for my wife got spoilled, we cant even eat the cake full, we have to throw it in dustbin..I never imagine that even cake can be bitter in taste..i dont know what ingredients they use to make this bitter cake...Its my humble request to flower auraPlease dont this with someone else,Its not about money only, but emotions are more worth it.Someone having birthday, anniversary etc.dont spoil there memorable moment.pleaseMy order id is 4742872

Cake quality is good but doing fraud.online price is 700 but they are charging 900 and if you order via Zomato you will get the same cake at less than 400 . Moreover they are asking people for fake 5 star review so that his shop gets best rating.I got into the same trap where he charged me Rs.850 but the same cake is available at Zomato at Rs.380 along with a butterscotch jar cake.They are doing totally scam .dont go for this shop all the reviews are paid reviews buy only from zomato

Dont know about other places but for a bouquet delivery in Delhi, we paid an additional amount for it to be delivered on time. They went on lying about the reasons behind the delay and never gave an actual explanation or update when we were tracking. Till this second, it is pending. I wouldnt recommend them
