They tells you that they deliver fresh fishes. They dont even store and sell fishes. I called yesterday they also told me the same. But today I realised that fish quality is worst. I bought Hilsa by ₹1800 and there is no taste of that. Felt like not even like other fresh fishes. NOT RECOMMENDED

I ordered Hilsha(Ilish) twice from them when it is not available in local market. I received standard quality fish and had face no issues in their service.

Absolutely a fraud site. Payment has been received. But the order not accepted. No replies to mails. Disconnected all attempts to call .The first order was received and delivered so subsequently felt reassured and placed a bigger order. But since receiving the payment they are silent.Please dont trust this site. I stay in a different city and needed to shop for an elderly relative, Big Basket is the only trusted vendor I realise.

Ordered fish 4 times in last one and half months. Twice received very poor quality fish. First time it was on election results day and delivery was made very late and I thought it was an one off case. But again quality of fish delivered yesterday was extremely bad. It smelt odd and we could not eat. Seems that it was kept fresh with some chemicals. Also they delivered butter in absolutely molten state and I asked to take these back. I guess, they do not have proper infrastructure to deliver items that need to be kept cold. I sent pictures of fish as requested. Said will get refund. Lets see.

And the order has been supposed to be delivered by 12 to 3 PM time slot today (30/04/21). And now it is 4PM. But they are not reachable to their provided contact nos. I placed order in 28/04/2021 which was supposed to be delivered in 30/04/2021 between 9 am to 12 pm, I tried to contact them through phone call which was unresponsive, then I whatsapped them to which they said the order is delayed by few hours due to elections in 29/04/2021. Today is 1st may i am still waiting for my order to be delivered and now even when i whatsapp them, they dont reply.

I had ordered Hilsa fish through Delybazar Kolkata as a gift from Mumbai. The fish which was delivered was stale and didnt taste good. They also charged higher than the market rate and charges were levied for a weight range (1-1.2kg) and was not as per exact weight /per kg basis. The customer care was also pretty rude on follow up of delivery. I did not receive any intimation on delivery hence had called to enquire. The response I got that I need to check first on delivery status with whom I have gifted the fish and thereafter call them to enquire on delivery status. In this pandemic when business is down all across one needs to be bit more polite and go a little extra mile towards customer service. Many online deliveries have opened up in the current scenario, customers will take no time to shift to other alternatives. I am disappointed wrt to quality, pricing and customer support.

I ordered Hilsa as a gift for the parents. The closest delivery I got was 3 days later. The fish which was delivered was stale and tastes horrible.They charge atleast Rs 200 per kilo higher than market rate and quality is appalling. It was a horrible first time experience. Not ordering again.

Worst experience. Deliver boy called me in the morning but didnt delivered and was not picking up my call. After several calls picked up and said another delivery boy will deliver and this game continued for long time. No helpline or support from delybazar team. Owner must ensure that one manager should coordinate with the delivery team and customers for timely delivery in turn to earn Good reputation and business.

This was my first experience and it was a blunder. You delivered about 7 Kgs of tomatoes. I did order 2Kgs. I didnt order Kundri (not on my list of items ordered), you did deliver about 2 Kgs. of them. Some items (grapes, coriander leaves) were in bad shape. Never again. You lost me as a customer. Bye.

VERY VERY PRODUCTS. today for the first time we bought chicken, fish, tomato, carrots and eggs from Delybazar supply which supplies in front of our complex of Sankalpa 2. The fish and chicken were rotten we had to throw it off. The supply is sold packeted, you cannot open and check the product. Thought in times like now - lockdown period at least they wont dupe the customer, at least maintain proper ethics in giving fresh products. MY REQUEST TO ALL ,PLEASE DONT BUY CHICKEN AND FISH FROM THEM EVER.

This is to share with you the experience of my first and maybe the last order from Delybazar (ord id: ODDB-239498 dated 16/4/20).2 items of vegetable were ordered lemon and ginger. The former was dry and the latter partially rotten.2 items of staples were ordered which was ok.2 fish was ordered hilsa and pomfret. The former was not upto the mark in terms of quality and tasted bitter due to faulty dressing of the fish. The pomfret was very good.So I had a mixed experience and given the handicapped condition of the lockdown this is considerable and goes for an above average quality and good service which should be spread to my circle by the word of mouth and encourage my acquaintances to opt for Delybazar.However this was not to be and this is my first and last order from Delybazar. The reason is solely the ruffian who was sent by the company as delivery boy. I have been ordering a lot have been solely dependent on home delivery during this lockdown period. I have ordered from Zomato, Reliance and Vishal at least 15 times during this lockdown and never have I had any untoward incident with the delivery boy. But the one from Delybazar was simply a ruffian without a basic sense of professionalism. He was simply an anti social element who even had the audacity of shouting misbehaving and creating a ruckus at the time of delivery. He even resorted to profanity and verbal abuse. Such delivery boys employed by the company will only bring bad name to the good work you are doing. Such persons should be given exemplary punishment. You should take proper disciplinary action against this particular person without further delay and revert back to me within 7 days otherwise as stated before not only will I ever order from your company ever in future but also will share my bad experience and harrassment to my network and refrain them to order from this portal.

I am not satisfied with type of deliveryI ordered biscuit and vegetable and fish. Fish not delivered and money is still not refunded in my account. Biscuit pack came out with total crush condition and placed at the bottom of the bag.

I ordered Turkey Meat... They delivered Iced Pack of meal (not fresh) .. .. Un packed the meat & when I was cooking, a bad smell was coming out from the Fatty (Chorbi) Pieces.... waste of money... Some of the vegetables were not in good condition at all. The beans had fungus formed on them. The cabbage had started to rot. And the Share feedback on the website is not working so I have to write my review here.

The biggest online bazaar you can find in kolkata! I was amazed to see their quality and prices. Most of the time I order for their morning delivery slot and their delivery guys are on time and friendly.I was amazed to see the widest variety of fishes on their app, which I dont think youll find in local market and they deliver the very next day, fresh and cut.I am a fan of these guys!

Its true that they have no time sense. The Time slot mentioned by the customer, does not follow and make an embarrassing situation. Another thing is that as they cut the fishes the taste becomes bitter and the purpose of buying the fish is totally lost. Therefore, Delybazar should take care of these two things expeditiously.

Quality of fish very poor. Ref.my order ID ODDB-63195, DTD. 25/06/2017 - all the fish products are very poor. Not able to cook . Bad odour comes from Hilsa Fish and Topse Fish also same condition. Stopped ordering Delybaazr for supply of substandard order like rotten Hilsa,supply of Rohu fish ordered against katla fish.

Had ordered for 1kg of big katla fish@350/- per kg. Received 2 pks of 500gm of different variety of katla. Clearly evident from the pieces that the fish couldnt have more than 1.5kg in weight, hence pieces were very small. Doubtful of the weight though but cant confirm as we didnt hv weighing scale at home. Overpriced product since same size of fish is available in the open market max@250/260/kg for cut Katla.whole fish wld be little cheaper. Cut katla @350/kg in open mkt is for 3 or 4 kg above. Will not recommend delybazar for fish atleast

Placed my order, paid the money through card but the items were never delivered and when I checked, the items were not in the ordered list either. However my bank statement shows a debit of the paid amount. The helpline isnt getting connected and inspite of writing to the support, there has been no answer.

Price is little bit on higher side. As per my previous experience, there was delay in delivery. You may give the morning time slot, but they will be delivered in evening. Order may be getting cancelled due to unavailability of the product just 1 hrs before the time of delivery.
