I have a course on exotic cake.

She makes cakes in microwave only... Which tastes horrible... Also she uses use and throw white plastic bowls in microwave for tempering chocolates and a very low quality plastic bowls to bake cakes which I found very ridiculous. I have more baking tins and moulds at home than she had... Good thing is that she has mastered the techniques of frosting and decorating the cake.. but she did not crumb coat the cake.. Though the cakes that we made in the workshop look very professional but the taste of the Spong sucked.. Also she has no idea of non veg cakes. i.e. cakes with eggs... Overall I would say its too expensive for things she showed us..

She can makes cake in microwave only, and it will not help you in your home. Their behaviour is good. But too much expensive the courses are. And you will not do much things by your own in the class. And you will learn only some basics. .. nothing more.

Please go and visit Chocolate Studio. I’m so over whelmed with their cookery workshop that I wish all people who have passion for cooking must seek cooking lesson from them. I have been to their workshop many times, and just love the way they show the cooking process. They prepare absolutely delicious dishes. I just love it!

Participating in the Kebab and BBQ workshop organized by Chocolate Studio is been an unforgettable experience for me. I love kebab and now I can make kebab too. Thank you so much for teaching me the kebab recipes that I like the most.

I went to one of their cooking classes in Kolkata. I was quite amazed that such workshops existed in the city! The instructor was so helpful and knowledgeable. I learn how to make delicious chocolate cakes and fondues at these dessert making cooking classes. Today, thanks to these cooking classes, I am able to cook up these up items for my family!

The best thing I like about the cooking classes of Chocolate Studio is that there is so much to learn. I never knew cooking could be so much fun. I leant to make delicious cakes and even made a few friends while learning at these cooking classes in Kolkata.

I simply cannot stop myself from praising the Yummilicious Chocolate Workshop. Chocolate Studio is simply great. This was the best workshop for the beginners and now I can make various chocolate recipes at home very easily.

Thank you so much for organizing the Luxury Dessert Workshop! It’s really a pleasure to join such a workshop. Here, I have learnt plenty of desserts from the chefs and these dishes taste simply mind blowing. Now I can make Chocolava cake, Rabri and Custard at home and the dishes taste as good as I have learnt from Chocolate Studio.
