Too Crowdy.. You have to stand for hours to get to your turn but once you get there its the cheapest and bestest... You will get everything you can imagine about bakery under one roof.. Before coming, be prepared with your list and then come..

Im purchasing various type of baking & chocolate components from last 2 to 3 years. All products are very reasonable and also quality wise good. They have a well stock, and best thing is that they dont miss guide.

They were good before launching the new showroom now they become salesman they push you to buying some random brands just to achieve sales tragets nd in work field its become a disaster. Dont buy anything they recommend stick on your brand.

Went to apna dukan for the first time.there were so many stuffs but sorry to say theyre too slow to handle this.if any mistake you get in my words..you can correct me but before that you should also give importance to customers time.they also have busy schedule in their lives.

Utter waste of time and energy. Sales person confused and half knowledge. After standing for hours they gave me wrong product and charged excess.May be you are literate and you are capable enough to pass the judgement about who is who is not literate. May be your excellent literate staff is not aware about the products that you want them to sell for you. Give a break to yourself and your team. Shops like you prove that you are right and the customer is always wrong as the customer has already proved it after waiting for hours in the queue.

It is a small shop and not easily approachable. They keep all kinds of bakery supplies, cake decorations & tools, food colors, and even moulds. I couldnt find whip topping or whipped cream in Gariahat but found it here.

I visited this shop last week at Mayfair hotel for the first time. This is the right place for purchasing baking materials and essentials. One stop for all. Staffs are very helpful. The only problem with the shop is queue management. You have to wait at least three hours to get your stuffs. Hopefully this problem will be solved after opening of their new shop.

Undoubtedly you can get all bakery items you want but you have to wait for atleast 2-3 hrs in queue to get your items. Otherwise its best place to buy all bakery items.

You will get many products that you may need for baking and cooking. The price is reasonable. The only disadvantage is - space is small and you have to stand in queue and wait patiently for your turn, which can be anything between 90 to 120 minutes. The service is good and the staffs are also very soft spoken.

My father had went to this shop to get some of the ingredients for baking that are not available in the town I live. And I got all of those, in an unbelievably low cost. It took him 300+ Rs. for all the items that otherwise would have cost at least 1000 Rs. if brought from somewhere else. Highly recommended .

I have been shopping from this shop from a long time now but todays experience wasnt very good. Went there at 9am before the shop opened waited till 9.30 to get my chance of billing. While the owner of the shop is nice to everyone the other workers are not. They are very rude especially the older ones. Does favouratism a lot. I wouldnt visit the shop from now on neither will i refer to anyone else.
