The jwellery collection is tremendous specially for gold items and besides being one of the best in terms of quality of jwellery their quality of service is also commendable. Mrs Mahua Ghosh one of the sales executive of the store is infact one of the best and the most helpful salesperson one can find, she is really sweet and is infact one of the primary reasons for visiting the store

Worst behaviour of whole sales team including manager.... First confirm the order quote the price than cancel the order by saying the same design cannot be framed by their own team... TBZ itself not trusting their own worker and asking to go to some local vendors.... Not expecting this type of rubbish excuse from the brand like TBZ

I generally do not write reviews unless the service is exceptional. In this case I need to write one since TBZ and specially Mahua from the Kakurgachi branch in Bengal deserves all the kudos. Ive been associated with TBZ since 2013 and havent gone to any other jeweller since. I may be biased but the service, the PR has just been exceptional. Mahua needs special recognition for the sheer service, time she dedicates to a customer and I am sure I aint the only one whose felt it that way.
