This is my all time favourite place to shop for kurtas, churidars, Punjabis or any traditional attires for people. Their collection, colours, quality is outstanding. I must also mention about their benevolent nature, their love towards customers and the warmth they pour out to anyone who steps in their shop.

Very good behavior from the staffs and management. They explain and show everything as per your requirement. They also accept card paymnets.

The last time I visited this place was a bit of a disappointment. The dal makhni wasnt the same as I had tasted earlier. Chicken do pyaza and keema matar also left me a little off mood.Talking about the same restaurant when I visited it sometime back, it was totally awesome. The dishes that left me awesomely satisfied are methi malai matar, chicken lasooni and another mutton kawab...of which I dont exactly remember the name!! And yes, their rotis, naans and parathas are out of the world. Especially their garlic naan and lachcha paratha.

Very much appreciated..many varieties of Punjabis are available there.. one cannot come out with empty handed.. design Punjabis in range...

Cheating Customers .I visited second time after a good experience in first time . I bought 3 Punjabi Pyjamas Set but As a choice We decided not to take Pyajams so the salesman offered 175 /- discount for each and bought separate Pyajams by paying extra. As my decision changed, on very next day, I visited the shop again and wanted to take those same ‘set Pyajams ‘ which I didn’t take yesterday,by paying 175/- each . then they showed their actual cheating techniques. They asked me to pay 310/- each.MeansFirst They will ask you ‘great offer’ if you don’t take ‘set Pyajams’ but very next day if you go to buy same Pyajams they will sale in higher price.Great cheating business.Buying Pyajams From Set Punjabi at lower price, then Selling them at Higher price separately.Don’t be fooled. Don’t Visit here. There are many shops both side of this shop.

They have very good collection of ethnic wear at a reasonable price. Staff behavior is also good. Purchased from here many times. If they start online selling, that will be great.

I am a regular customer but nowadays seen behaviour is so rude which is forcing us to move away from visiting your shop. Surprised! Lets not spoil the name for few staff who are very rude to ladies as well.

Very poor Behaviour of the staffs. We went for exchange but they refused to show more products only limited items were available to purchase. They behaved very rudely. Next time I dont want to go there.

God knows what happened to the New Punjabi Stores. Previously I purchased Kurta and Dhoti from this store and have a loyaty card. Within a month I took my father for buying his panjabi. We were with my 6 years old kid, my wife and my father who is 70 above. They had no sitting arrangements today. Upon seeing the kid they removed the only chair that was left. What a audacity, misbehaviour and unkindness to do this? The staffs sitting there on the chairs sternly refused to provide any seat to the kid upon asking for a chair. Even a stranger offers a chair to old and kids. But New Punjabi Store does not. What a rude and unjust culture the staffs of this shop have? I immediately left the store and got my stuff from a nearby shop. There is nothing special or discounted in your shop. All the items are available in all the other stores around you. This is what happens when a store makes too much profit. They think what the hell if I loose one customer. Nothing will happen to me. I am invincible. I am situated in Gariahat. But my friend truth is different. Today you lost me, my family and my friends as customers. There is years to come and you will get the result.

Good designs but the prices are exorbitant.

Behaviour of the staff was very rude. I had purchased one neheru coat on 13.01.20 and in the very next day 14.01.20 we went to exchange that and wanted to take a panjabi..but they were so rude they said only limited items can be purchased and I liked one panjabi but they refused to provide that one as they claimed we have only one piece of that item and you are exchanging so this item cannot be provided, their attitude and words were very rude and in the bill there was nothing written like this in case of exchange.

Good but their price is too high for normal people

They were very rude. Didnt show all the designs we asked them to. Did not allow trial of more than one. Told us they werent going to show us anything more because it was time to close their store. They said if we came back tomorrow we would get to see more styles. We took our business elsewhere.
