The collection is good and on par with Toysrus. Since we dont have a shop yet in Kolkata, this is is best option.Price is on the higher side and it did not get cheap post Reliance acquisition.If budget is not a restriction, you will have exhaustive collection in the store.

One has to buy toys which have been handled by others. On insisting the staff spray it with a sanitiser. Wonder how this unhealthy practice is being allowed by South City Mall at Hamleys. Specially when it might put kids at risk.

I am extremely pleased by the products they sell as well as with the behaviour of the three sales guys. They guided me well and the best part is they dont irritate and pushsale. My 16months old daughter, my niece and nephew loved all the toys that I got for them

The manager is worthless, He insists me for the memebership card, after that every purchase I go, they are showing card is not registered with us, and everytime they take screenshot n complain to HO of Hamleys.The manager is not taking any action n more than he is a coward never want to face the problem. I stop purchase from today. The are spoiling the image of Hamleys store. I suggest to take a strict against the manager.

You can get practical experiences of toys or games....no restrictions in touching the merchandise....good assistance and friendly behaviour of staff

Bought a product last night which is faulty, called there number 50 times within store working hours nobody picks up.There bill do not have a store contract number, as well. Highly disappointed.

Belongs to the most corrupt company that is draining India. Reliance -Apart for the corrupt company and social political view. Products are good, as indian market hardly have seen organized toy chai.Though standard have gone down since Reliance bought the indian operations, mostly chinese pdts.

All was great but billing becai a big issue... first sever was down then cards couldnt be swiped then points couldnt be added...not expecting this from a nation wide brand

Newly opened Hamleys at south city mall is to die for. The variety of toys and board games they have come up at this store is astonishing. The store is huge and the collection is awesome too. At the mega launch, they had two days big events planned which kids loved. My girl visited both the days . The staff is friendly and courteous too. We loved the place. Special attention was hamley bear at the grand opening

Toys are way to expensive you will get better on online with same quality.

Wide variety of books toys good for kids though the price is high

Well stocked and discounted as well.The checkout itself takes 10 mins average, for 4 pieces and then they tell you various schemes just before you pay.Upselling Indian style.

Staff are sort of sloppy. Even if you pay in full, theyll leave the tags on. This may lead to patdown at the exit, which the supervisor will smile about.Great collection though.

Good collection but the employees are extremely inattentive. They spend most of the times playing among themselves and skating around the place without helping the customers. Service is extremely poor.

Most of the staffs are inefficient and non-cooperative. They are deliberately selling the defective toys. They are reluctant to listen to the customers. I have been collecting varieties of cars, action figures and toys since 2005 for my son. But, I am very much dissatisfied with this store in South City mall, which bears two big names: Hamleys and Reliance.
