I have been to this particular store thrice....& each time I was warmly welcomed. The staff especially Tyasha is very polite & eager to help. I love the variety of designs they have in store. Overall I had a pleasant experience of purchasing from here. Will certainly visit again.

I visited Caratlane @ 04.10.2021, unfortunately the finger ring I liked was not there at the store. So I place an order for the same ring and being a TCS employee for a discount on my purchase @2.5% . The staffs were really nice and happy to help. They have a wide varieties of finger rings , Bangles , wristlets. But I would say earring collection is not so wide. But overall experience good. The staff called me informing that the ring order is at the store, will collect it tomorrow. Happy Customer so far 😊 Looking forward for purchasing a different item as well. ✌🏻

Their advertisement seems great but this is deceiving the common people.... Think twice before buying any jewellery .... I got a Pt band ring with diamonds on it... But they refused to give me any authentication certificate. Theyhid this at the time of buying and informed after enquiry from my side by telling that they have stopped issuing these certificates.... Deceivers, and the staffs speak in rude tone with the customers.

Caratlane is our one of the favourite place. My sister and I bought many things from caratlane. But in this gariahat store one of their employees behaviour was so improper. She was always on phone. When we asked for the qr code discount she somehow avoided it. The discount was still available but she didnt bother to cooperate.

There service is a complete mess. They just advertise try at home service to attract customers but there is much confusion that they create that if the product will come home or will it be available in the store that the customer might just want to give up the idea of buying the product all together. You goto the store they would say that the product will be sent to you home, when u wait at home they say that product is in store. The online portal keeps blaming the offline and vice versa and when u finally get so annoyed that u dont want to buy again anything from here , they apologize and put everything on miscommunication. My advice plz avoid.

I visited the store yesterday to buy a bracelet for my new born son which I have seen on their app. The bracelet was not available at the store but the store manager promised me to get the same within 2 working days. To my utter surprise , I received the same next day...I had a wonderful experience shopping at Caratlane Gariahat Store .

I had visited the Gariahat store yesterday to buy a certain product. I had been eyeing a product for some days and kept it in my cart. So one of the representatives called me and as soon as I informed them that I were about to visit their Gariahat store. They were very fast to call me up. I readily visited and they were also ready with the product I were about to buy. So it was really convenient. Another thing I had lot of questions which the staffs answered gracefully and clarified all my questions. I am really glad to say its my 1st visit and I will be looking forward to visit Caratlane again soon. I also want to add that they have maintained utmost hygiene during this time of Covid 19.
