1. they are best at work2. They communicate with customers very professionally......but you have to wait a little bit. because they handle too many customers. after handling so much people they do not shows a little anger...... overall i am glad that i had a service from them.👍👍👍👍👍😌😌😌😌

Visited two times but problem not solved ,so decided to do legal complain.

Very bad service. They are Cheater. I gave my Handset to replace Display. They changed it correctly but they stolen my Main Board (Mother Board), Which is near about ₹8,000. I have noted my Mother Board Serial Number that was not matching after Servicing.Also the CHANGED MOTHER BOARD has Finger print error. So, after Servicing my finger print not working.I told them all but they are not respond me.

Very Bad experience they said that I have to pay for screen replacement (realme 7)which is 4800/- however my phone is under warranty but they told that i have to change all parts of the phone and not cover under warranty. They just exaggerated the problem,I get my phone fixed outside in just Rs 1000/- working wonderful.

WORST realme service centre ever.Very poor service.A 10 minute work take upto 4hours here.Doesnt inform you about what is going on with your device.Let your devices die in peace but never come here for the betterment.

Very bad service. After sell service is so bad and customer executive knows everything but you dont..They are such a cheater I give my realme xt to them for software issu and they said that they will be fixed that and told me to came after 4-5 hours. After that time I go there and then they told me I have to change my display which cost is about 6k and when I asked why i pay for display where my problem is about for software they say we dont know our technicians say thatThey destroy my phone within some hour 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Dont go to this service center because they have charged amount in the wrong way even your device products under warranty period.

Pathetic service. My realme earbud Q box has no scratch only it was discoloured due to use, and they submitted the product for review. Very bad terms and conditions are applied. And the service centre persons arent allowed to use common sense to differentiate b/w accidental damage(scratch) and usage discoloration. One earbud is unable to connect and they are stick to a slight discoloration. Providind images. Pls find where it is damaged???

Went once. The place was crowded with customers, hence waiting time is long. There is coupon system to address customers.

They took almost 4 hrs to provide me replacement headset. Please increase man power. I noticed they have very high charges for screen replacement and if customer declines, they offer the same screen at a lower price without bill and warranty.

I went there for repairing buy realme wireless but they told me , they dont repair it. instead of repairing they rplace the box if it is under warranty.. my warranty time was end before 15 days ago.. I told them I will pay money but they didnt help me

Small place and they take lots of time to service.There are no proper parking place even for bikes. They should sift their service centre from another nearby place.
