There are only branded products available in this building (Band Factory). You buy banded dresses, bags, belts, shoes, wallet, ladies sandell for man, women and also for kids. Three floors and every brands are separated from each other with brands name and logo. Price is high but product is too good.

Good collection of branded items with huge discount. 3 stored building with loaded stuffs.Only con which I could figure out is the ladies collection. Its pretty hard to satisfy a womens need. Overall its a good experience shopping at brand factory.Free parking is available.

None of the staff members seemed to be caring for wearing masks. I had to ask the cashier and the person assisting with the bags to wear their masks before they could bill my items. Even the supervisor had no mask on her. Absolutely appalling.

Brand factory I loved it, here this mall is full of every attire recommend for you. You can find here every cloths size from child to old age in very cheap and reasonable price with great comfort and satisfaction. And staff of brand factory especially help customers in buying products for you. You should definitely go there once in week or month. Because here you always get 30% -70% discount on every cloths.

The outlet is completely suffocating and unhealthy without AC / Fresher fan. I went there today and got worst experience. After sweating l requested the DM and Store manager to start AC but unfortunately they ignored me and all other Bonafide customers. On the contrary they kept themselves inside AC room their comfort zone. Second time we requested but got no positive response.I could not complete shopping as per my requirements.Other customers also returned without shopping. So, I request the authority to provide Fresher fan to maintain minimum comfortable and healthy atmosphere for shopping and also to take proper steps against the said DM and Store manager

Very bad experience...the workers there is highly non co-operative..they just dont want to spend 1 min time for you...you have to find out everything you need. you cant expect any kind of help from them...I also called the manager of the store..he was out of the store even in working hours.

This is a very Remarkable place on Lee Road, that could be a Land Mark. I saw there they are even selling ZARA collections here for both Men and Women. You can get here collections from 200 to 2000 and all year sell is also available here. They have very good parking service for both Bike and Cars.

I am really disappointed with the collections. They have lots of products, many brands but they dont have products for everyone. You will rarely find anything there with all size ranges. During every visit i was not able to purchase anything which i was planned to purchased during that visit. They need to monitor their product availability very seriously. Brand factory is not an ordinary mall, if someone is visiting he/she must not return empty hands. I have visited in other small cities but they have more options then here in kolkata. My final statement is this brand factory is looking like they have sample products only.

The people at the store are helpful but its a big store so they dont have people available at all the section but when requested they will ask the concern person to come at a particular brand and guide u with all you need..I have always loved shopping here and now u have even more brands available than before..

First of all, no covid precautions are taken care off. Some of the Staffs are not wearing mask neither instructing customers to wear it. Trial rooms are overloaded with hangers, mens are also using womens trial rooms. Staffs are helpful.
