They use to be good back in the day. Now the have the worst customer support. They will take money at the end of the month but when it comes to reparing lines the are no were to be seen. Also the way they speak to their customers is very rude. I had cat5 now out of the blues the are saying if u dont get fiber we wont fix ur connection. They are also charging whatever the feel like for fiber line. Also their fiber optic is not true fiber optics. They use cat servers and use converters to change them to fiber cables. Get jio fiber or airtel fiber.Good backup , good speed. I regret wasting my money on then.

I am Alliance Connection User from Last 3 months. The speed they stated is less as compared to my current plan. Also, Alliance does have a service desk but its a busy desk. Everyday or every second day I face No Internet Issue. The engineer do follow up call of email after 6 to 8 hours and even that to as formality because they arent gonna listen to your issue and disconnect the call.

If only google had provided us with the option to give negative stars.I am already an existing customer and was thinking of getting a new broadband connection. Thought of visiting their office in Kolkata at Nani Gopal Roy Choudhuri lane, as the call lines are always busy.But it was so unfortunate of me to not know that in order to visit their office you have to wear a business outfit. I was not allowed to visit the office just because i was wearing 3-quarter pants.( many people who work at Google Llc, California, US, go to work wearing shorts!!!). The security insisted me on going home and come back wearing trousers.So people who plan on visiting their office please note that you have to wear a 3 piece suit to enter their office.

Using the service from 2019 August, horrible customer care support. They never pick up the call. Local service providers are also very rude. They are asking for money for installing optical cable and purposely disconnecting the lines, coz we often dont get service on a sunny day.One star coz Google doesnt provide negative stars.

If there would have been 5 negative stars I would have given that to them.Pathethic Service.They take full money but only give hardly 7 days connection and the connection gets disconnectedMost of the time.No upload soeeds and pathetic download speed.Even after repeated complaints no response.Even if they response they will promise you that the service will be restored.But Alas,after that no communication will be there and same old story.Also they have a toll free no.which is always busy 24/7.I would suggest the owner of the Alliance Broadband to seriously look into the management and introspect otherwise god help them they are going to loose customers and buckle up their business.

I am alliance connection user for long time in kestopur. The service provider here is most callous and irresponsible. They collected the amount of this month today morning and now they have stopped the service asking that they will not provide my service if I not change it to optical fibre. I immediately called the service provider but they are really arrogant. They are asking for rs 1800 to change for optical fibre otherwise they will not provide my service.

Customer care service is the worst. I have never seen a service this bad. None of the contact number works. In time of crisis they intentionally blocks all calls to customer care.

Every month they will have 1 Or 2 days internet connection issues in Garden Reach area. Not professional, people dont bother to resolve tickets after several days even raised via alliance app. I have committed mistake in chosing Alliance.

Used to be one the best ISP. But recently from last one year they are in the mission of becoming the worst ever ISP as possible.There is a connectivity problem every day twice to thrice a day. Very poor management and almost no support from customer care.The franchise taken by Godai Cable Ranaghat is doing worst performance in the area. He has no idea how things work and just use lame excuses when there is no connectivity. Whenever we call him he says call customer care and customer care says call local operator.Thus at the end the customer has to suffer. Frequently in two or three months there is entirely no connection for at a stretch of 3 to 7 days and the company or the local operator never take initiative to give a refund or extend the validity.#worst_isp #worst_ customer_care

I have been a user for the past 2 years and they use cheap tactics to save money. Every month they switch off internet on the first and last day to save money even though I paid the bill in advance. Poor customer service, no one picks the calls. They block or decline the calls. Everytime I have a problem their only answer is to restart the router.

Theyre scammers. They can track household data usage and cut off the connection to save costs. My connection goes off everyday at 1:30-2:00 pm and comes back after 5-6 hours. When I call Alliance they say the local operator has been informed. The local operator is telling me to switch from cat5 to fibre net but other people around me are having no issues with cat5. Going to switch as soon as possible.

Worst service possible. Since 20th May (after cyclone Umphun) , the internet connection is not restored even after 13 days have passed. Toll-free number is OFF. Local distributor of Alliance is lying everyday!

Hopeless service provider. I had contacted them for a new 100mbps connection and these people didnt even bother to show up for installation at the promised time. If this is the type of service they provide even before installation then i am afraid what type of service to expect once line is activated. I am not going to take alliances broadband service.

Such poor service every other alternate day there is no internet connection.Sometimes for more then 36 hours and even after complaining like a million times no such step is taken against the local provider Anjali Cable the people are terrible, disgusting, unprofessional,unworthy lack of politeness clearly incapable of running and handling their business why is ALLIANCE in business with such provider?I hv been an ALLIANCE user for the last 10 years and as a valuable customer this kind of behavior is simply unacceptable.Its very disappointing but ALLIANCE is taking advantage it has started to take its valuable customers as TAKEN FOR GRANTED .Without any good competition in the market .ALLIANCE should step up and let its valuable customers know to leave ALLIANCE connection and go for somethings better like JIO as ALLIANCE cant keep up with its reputation as it goes down the drain.VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING
