My worst experience I ever had. Such a frustrating attitude of the staff. I am really upset with the accessories they provided. I will not recommend this showroom to purchase suzuki burghman scooty. Theres no option for zero, otherwise they are not worth for a star also.

SO BAD SHOWROOM. I JUST BOOKED A SUZUKI GIXXER ON FEW WEEKS AGO BUT TILL NOW I HAVENT RECEIVED. NOW THE TOLD ME THAT THE BIKE WAS NOT AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW .

Many of finance company is here. Loan/EMI will be successfully within 3working days. All bike is ready for test drive.

I would recommend for service and new vehicle as the provide with best comparison price.

That provides me was different, 3rd thing the head light was broken of me new scooty and there is a lots of scratch in my back gard.If the owner was not a friend of my boss m going to case a file in a consumer court.I request the owner or incharge please treat him to talk gentle or appointment some educated person.

I read a lot of Google reviews from which I got a lot of bad comments against Mohan Motors, But when I visited there physically , And when I talked with them,That was completely different from Google Review,Theyve been helped me all the time, from the time I booked my bike to the time I took delivery.I am willing to give Mohan Motar 5 and above rating, without any tension you can buy your bike or car from Mohan Motors. Their nature is very polite and they will always help youI am grateful to Mohan Motor for fulfilling my dreamTHANK YOU MOHON MOTORS

Very pathetic and unprofessional service from mohon motors suzuki, they are not having bikes in stock but still they will take advance money from you. I got my bike delivered after 1 and half month, and they didnt provide me the color which i booked. They gave me dublicate leg guard instead of suzuki genuine leg guard and charged me double the price. They suddenly increase the price of the bike which i confirmed at the the time of booking. So i have to pay 2k extra at the time of delivery. I will never recommend mohon motors suzuki. They are the Worst dealer ever.

I have the bad & very bad experiences in this showroom of the brand Suzuki company...They not tell about anything when you will buy the vehicle..and my experience many more things they will not told to you about insurance ....just wanna tell to u dont buy any vehicle of this showroom otherwise youll waste your money and very important your time...Tnk u...

It had been 3 months i purchased a suzuki burgman street from this showroom but i had not received my number plate yet.Very Slow in paper work i dont know when should i get my number plate.Do not purchase from here

I buy a bike from this showroom and its been three months and I didnt got my number plate and smart card because the costumer service in this place is zero specially Miss Soma who is handling sales but she doesnt know how make relationship with costumers because shes not serious about her job.i cant rate this place in minus figures so i posted one star which this place doesnt deserve. Shame on you mohan motors

The only sales agency which take your love satisfaction to a great depression.Basically this showroom has some policies like:1) you have to pay the whole amount to get the bike sooner so I paid .. On 22nd October 2018 but after paying the amount I got screwed . I forcefully took my bike after 14 days but signed a indeminity letter which say no liabilities goes to the dealer due to seizure of vehicle without registration .2) after one month they did my temporary CF on 20th November 2018 as I had some urgent work so i cannot take my bike so i paid them ₹ 300 cash to mr soumen(after paying 7500 for logistics) .3) and I had my permanent CF on 27th November 2018 got my no. On 3rd December 2018.So if wait for this no. Means I would have to wait till dec to receive my bike4)if you pay through paytm you will get cashback (rest every where in india) these guys are the best eligible illiterates. As they ask I paid them a round figure amount in cash (they said they will return extra amount soon after the payment from paytm is received)and ex-showroom price through paytm.Today it is 18th decStill these moron have no idea about a customers money ..We all work for one thing that is a customers satisfaction and these guys screw them hard till it penetrate.. .

Do purchase from here ...I was told that I would get my no before puja but still I have not received..They are weak in paperwork I had to visit 2times for CF because some of the other paper were missing or not attached. First day my CF was not done because the dealer did not attach profile paper and on 2nd day again some problem with paper not verified or somewhat . I had to wait from 12:00am to 4:00pm.This did not happened just to me but other customers too..If you want to get harassed or have enough time to waste then purchase from here....

This Suzuki showroom is located at the place of DSK Benelli showroom. Along with the regular commuter motorcycles they also have premium motorcycles like Hayabusa, V Strom 650, GSX-S 750 and other big bikes. You can request them for a test ride as well. The building where Mohan motors is located also have a car parking facility and a lift.
