Very Bad experience, I have ever experienced. Dont go for servicing your bike here. Here I went for servicing my Activa 3G on 2nd Aug 2021 at 10.30am, there is an service advisor his name Nikhil or Nirmal something, even he doesnot Check my 2 wheeler and said me that my activa has engine problem it should be cost nearby 12k to 15k. My question is that how should he said that I have engine problem or not, whereas he is not a service engineer?? Such a thug people he is.. After that I went a local bike service, they started my bike and now my activa runs smoothly..

Very bad experience. They promise during booking but dont live up to the expectations. They charge as much as they can.

Very poor service and nothing is done infront of the customer. I would advise you to stay infront when replacing any parts or engine fluids.

Worst service ever. Gaadi ki g@@*d maar di m@dherch**do ne. They will take money but never change engine oil. If you go there to resolve one problem, you will return with multiple problem. And next time you go to complain, they will show the problem to you and ask for excess mount of money.

Very bad customer response by the team. The contact person is keen only in telling us to change product and get oil changed. Its very obvious that the person is getting some percentage of the sales !!! Also I have called back and told them that there is some issue after service, they said they will call back... But no calls....Ultimately, very poor ethics followed !!! Right from watchman...

They do not give proper service . which I have paid for 4 AMC services . I also called many times to book the servicing but they are not responding and if they respond they told it is already booked n all ..they are harassing people ..because of this I have done only 1 servicing left are collapsed ..I requested many times to return my balance money ... but they are not ready..worst service center..

Very bad experience..I m doing my scooty service from last 5 yearsEvery time same problem ..Staff behaviour is very bad from security guard to floor manager..They r always busy in their worldCustomers value is zero ..If you have amc service when u go for service they charge for labour charge, plus parts are chargebable obviously..They do amc service but whats they do are only water chirkao on scooty & ready to delivery..As parts are chargebable so they must change the parts ..Very worst service..Zero 🌟

This is a one stop service centre for all types of Honda two wheelers. The mechanics are trained by Honda. Quality of servicing is good. Has an air-conditioned waiting lounge for vehicle owners from where you can see your vehicle being repaired.

Service was really bad. You dont need to do online booking for servicing if u have someone reference . I did the same . Person working there was not tolerable . They will charge you even after if u have left wid free services.

Not very systematic. Booking line is busy most of the time. Servicing sequence for customers are also not systematic. Lower serial number entries can get service earlier! Workmanship is good.

Nice place with prompt service. From normal servicing to changing the small nitty gritty everything is offered here. The staff is very cordial and good. Place has bathroom and drinking water facility. Theres also a clean and air conditioned waiting room. The place opens as early as 6.30 am for patrons wanting to do servicing early. Overall highly recommend.

Too busy, harassive n expensive place

It was my wrost experience here. There have no sense of responsibility and they made me wait for whole 5 days to get my scooty repaired and they did finally didnt turn up. If they had they should have informed earlier and my time and money wouldnt have been wasted.

I think Very careful in servicing this centre because some of the staff waiting to cheat customer. My bike in good condition I was just visit a little problem like engine oil change, mirror adjust but the agent & worker identified search another problem and finally bill approx 2000.00. Really very horrible to me this type of service.

Good place for two wheeler servicing but not best. Staffs are cooperative and helpful to the clients. Overall the system is mismanaged.

All the person over here r very helpful and good in behaviour, they actually listen the problems and write it down before the service. Delivery and handling of vehicles are good and on time. The washing part of the service center is not good at all, I always found some dirts on the vehicles at the time of delivery.

Too bad place to get service. you pay for that they will make you wait for more then hr. If u dont confirm your service date then you have to go back without ur service.. worst place.. small place and no one is cooperating.. eàrning so much still çant buy à bigger plàce for better service and customer satisfaction.

Hi,I have purchased a bike Honda CD 110 Dream. After one week i saw that there is a problem in my bike, the shocker are not working properly.Then I went to Honda Service Centre near Bhowanipore. I told my bike shocker problem to employees. They told me your problem will solved within one week or two week. But, after 25 days the shockers of my bike was not replaced. Still now they doesn’t solve my problem. This is ridicules and the employees behaviours/ relationship with the customers was very bad.Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

Too much crowded. Staff too slow to register for servicing. Too much inconvenience for office goers and college goers.A branch if open in ruby or ballygunge area will be helpful.#securitygaurd is overacting and behaving as a owner of store!

Very poor service they dont answer a phone call they dont give proper information and suffered mental harrassment ...and when I called for booking they asked to come on Sunday and didnt forward any vehicle booking msg just asked to come at morning 9am and I went exactly at what time they called but didnt started servicing because I dont have service msg the girl over phone just told me verbally to come .. they started after 2 hours one of my relative known one person in Honda he called him he requested then they started servicing I was seated in Honda workshop for 4 to 5 hours ... The board at the gate has timing that on Saturday it closes at 6.30 pm but it actually closes at 4.30. while taking the vehicle it was not informed that vehicle will not be delivered same day . Pathetic in one word .
