Very bad showroom it is, i purchase a ns 200 bs4 3years ago, in this 3year they are unable to give me any parts of my bike, like foorest holder, brake leaver holder, coolent tank cover, cdi unit nothing , every important parts unable in this showroom, it is the most worst experience in this few years, they behaves gental when you purchase any bike only otherwise they are behave you like a animals.......If you purchase any bike form this rolta bajaj then you can experience that what i telling here..... We purchase bikes and expect that the showroom executives help us for mony but here it is full of scam....... And you can see every 5star comments get replying the are and who exposed them they are not replying them fake everything disgusting
Behavior of some stuffs are rude. I went for my 1st service and my experience wasnt any good.They should be little more polite to customers.

The service offered by service centre is extremely poor. They even do not have the basic minimum spare parts. The only suggestion they offer is sell your bike and get a new bike. Bajaj should seriously look to improve the quality of the service centre. Giving just 1 rating as there is no minus rating option.
Great Experience. All the formalities (including EMI) done within one hour and then the bike is in your hand and you are good to go... Even their after sales service is very good and polite.My sales person was Pappu Srijon, a kind and helpful guy

Nothing much to rate, too early to judge based on my first servicing experience. However staff is good so far but most sales and management were not very informed about their policies, ex. Registration , insurance etc you know.
Very bad service center.... I was visited the service center for my rs200 s engine issue... Just after listening the sound they told that it will cost around 30000... So I feel so lost.. so i come back from there and visited a local service center.... And they make my problem solved.... I was shocked they charge only 3500 ....I recommend you guys dont visit the service center....

As everyone knows that Bajaj 2nd generation pulsars or bikes are great so nothing against them, they are doing pretty much excellent job but for Rolta bajaj there are couple of things I think they need to improve.. the accounting process where they take the money and provide the invoices is very slow and the sales guys must not chew Gutkhas while working. This just makes them so cheap..
