The owner is very reluctant to provide details about any product.. doesnt reply to messages asking for product details on whatsapp.. he asks customers to remove their vehicles from infront of shop, even if the customer is entering his shop to enquire about car accessories..

Good collection but attitude / behavior is a big time problem of this showroom. Not at all customer friendly and there is no point of negotiation. Usually we expect some manners and positive from owner. The young guy who is owner, is very much money minded and does not even care about customers value. I have been there twice , when it was new and after a few years. Will never ever visit this showroom.

Pathetic behaviour of the owner.It seems being a customer I asked for body cover and sun visor.They straight away replied we dont have, not even bother to arrange also by asking time.He give expression like I ask for rikshaw accessories.I told him for my new Ignis I want those.Boss in todays market customer relationship matter.I would like to tell about Xpression store on the same road.They also not having the accessories I have asked for, but they assure give us 2 hours your product will be arranged.And I came back as per there time and the same has been delivered.I have done floor lamination glass tinting also from them.Too good service.
