This is the first time I visited here for my car service and I absolutely rue my decision. Worst Maruti Service Centre in Kolkata. They deliberately broke by ORBM and then charged for it obviously. The entire service team will fleece and you cannot do anything but to pay. Also the service charges are very high compared to other Service Centres. They charged almost 12k and kept my for 8 full days continuously giving pretext for the delay. Never go for your car service here.

Worst service centre, owner is not at all interested to run this workshop. Will suggest others to opt for some other service centre for your Maruti cars. Not well equipped with machine n man power. You will get call from them for the service repeatedly but you shouldn’t expect any service from them.

Staff are very polite, but they have language barrier, hardly understand hindi and somewhat they are not being able to take small decision, or coordinate and understand properly the issues.Staff are good but make sure to make them understand problem very specific and detailed. They cant understand the apprent damage to be repaired.

I am not totally satisfied with the service, but found better driving comfort after the service. People are good, cooperating. At least, they are better than many other service centres.

I am in kolkata and i am from bihar. Its 3:30pm nowI am here from 12:00pm and they told me it will take almost 5hrs and they dont have any manners to talk to their coustermers. Their is not facily for water,tea,washroom. Their waiting room is also full of dust. I have to onlt fill my cars AC gas and regular check up. They started to check my car at 3pm and . I am here from 12pm. There are very few people to work .Not expected!

Good experience so far. I have a 2009 car and so far no issues wrt service, damage repair etc.

They called me up for a service and oil change , filter change etc etc .. soon after that paid service , the engine light started to glow. I went back to them and asked to make it on to which they said I have to pay again for diagnosis of issue . I said that it happened after your servicing but of no use . I returned back home . Now seeing such wetting marks below my car where they had replaced the oil filter . They dont even allow the customer s to see what is been done with our cars . One of my head lights also got a scratched after I services. Recently I gave them for body work and requested to rectify their previous mistake what ever it was. But even after that bulk of payment which they got from me and insurance my problem was not taken care off. Maruti service has become pathetic now a days .. cannot trust most because they lack technical brain and owners reluctant on whats going on with the services as he sits inside .

This is a fraud Maruti service centre. All the employees are cheats. They have not given me receipt after I changed car radiator and some other repairs. Even after repeated requests they have not given me any printed receipt. The service advisors asked me to have the service done unofficially with less payment. Beware people stay away from this service centre. They are ruining the reputation of maruti.

Worst service centre in Kolkata..would recommend you guys to visit other Maruti suzuki service centres.

Pathetic service, they cant even diagnose a problem properly, they told me the car was fine and to come and collect it, but while collecting I found that the told jobs were not done , horn and alternator were not working. The people are friendly but they dont posses the required technical knowledge to run the workshop.

Pathetic, highly un-professional.Booked for service of alto car one day adavance. Left my car at this centre at 0830 in morning. Nothing was done. Not even a fused bulb was changed in whole day. Collected my car at 0715 in evening.Their was no regret.Its highly disgusting.

Worst service experience ever.Got he second free service done at Manaco - Just washed the car - no complaints attended to, even the windshield washing fluid was empty.Handed over the car back to me with a dead rat in the A/c - On pointing out the foul smell, the service engineer advised me to put a Perfume in front of the a/c !!!!!Horrible, Pathetic and unprofessional.

Terrible experience as recent as 8/3/19.Inadequate staff, appears and feels like a daytime cemetery. Its huge and dirty. Even the office is dirty and badly maintained. I still have to verify the service inputs on my car, but the cleaning was horrible. Interiors for which I paid extra was worse than when I brought the car in.Needless to say they charged me a bomb. Maruti should take Monaco off their Authorized list. They are way past their Expiry date. Should be shut down and declared a heritage site.

Please do not ever send your car for a service here. They are lazy and do not want to work. Extremely unprofessional.My Wagon R was in for a basic servicing along with body noise fixing which included a welding. Of course I also expected a wash that they normally do with all basic servicing. However after 2 days of me being car-less, I got the car back with more body noises than I had left it with, no welding done, no wash either. So I am not sure if they really have changed the oil and done the rest of the basic service.

Extremely bad service. I took my Ciaz SHVS for servicing and body work for the left side. The incompetent staff of Manoco did the paint-job without covering the rest of the vehicle and as a result a thin film of paint covered the entire vehicle giving it a rough texture. At the same time the alternator and SHVS developed problems. During delivery they refused to share a bill and instead jotted down figures on a job card, not to mention without rectifying the issues and a very dirty car. Upon taking my vehicle for rectifying these they ruined the entire paint-job of the vehicle even further and as you may have guessed, the SHVS is still not working. STAY AWAY IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU.

I went this service centre on 04/05/2018 at 12.30 pm due to my car over heating problem. And after what for long hours of wait one representatives with the name of shashi attended us and without proper checking he told me that we would give me call tomorrow at 9 to 10 am and let you know the exact issue and will take approval to start the work from you and deliver your car by tomorrow means 05/05/2018 at day end. Nobody checked anything on that day not even that representative even came to service centre as he took leave on that day. Other representatives name binay told me that it is not possible we cannot deliver it today you talk to sabhi. He make call to him and once I talked he totally denied tha I have not commit anything like that. After my several request to almost like praying to binay and mechanics, they have started to just check the problem at after 2 pm on 05/05/2018 sunday, they do not keep any material in workshop they are just only dependant to market, buy the product from market and they you asked you to wait for long long hours may be for few days even because they need to change mount thermo stat, they told me on 06/05/2018 at 12 pm that we would not even able tof deliver your car today as we need more two days because maruti shop is closed to weekend. They have just change my cars radiator fan for checking purpose without my customer consentThen I have lost my patience and shouted to to release my car I will get it fixed at other place instead of keeping more two days car with you.Then director called me his cabin he literally shouted on me and my father he fought with his us instead of his employee...he was just showing me the power of his money..told me that I am director for total 8 company ...this property is of 65 crore and blah blah he was trying to humiliate hi customer rather giving service and satisfaction its like thet are not even bother to run than serives centre. And ask his employee to charge double labour charge to me however me problem is not fixed so it is very serious note and would request to Maruti company to please have a look such kind of service and customer harassment because its a face loss of such a big brand maruti company only not the manoco service centre.Staffs are irresponsible unprofessional lier lazy world most worst place in terms of service. And director is also rude unprofessional bad behaviour person.

Manoco Sales Pvt. Limited is the sales and service centre of Maruti Suzuki Four wheeler. It is situated at chetla. Nearest landmark: Chetla agrani Puja park. On site staff is available for your needs. Service overall ok. But the procedure of service is little bit of trouble. Supporting staff is here for your help. After entrance, the office and the billing section is your left side. And the service section inside the premises.

Very bad service centre. Dont go for even free service. They intentionally damage your car to pull out money. They damaged my car lighter and later the car central locking system. An original car fitting, they said is retrofitted. They dont know what si original and what is not. Very disappointed. The workshop should be blacklisted.
