Had gone to get my Baleno fitted with Rogerab suspension spacers.Its a busy place. But they were very knowledgeable and no nonsense. I liked that.

They do repair, service and others car related works. Its quite good but its very time consuming.

For many years, Lansdowne Automobile has been the GO TO PLACE for me. Its a 3rd generation garage which has evolved with time and sustained itself through thick and thin. At the heart of its operations “Customer Statisfaction” remains its primary focus. Very efficient in their work and also reasonable(price). I had taken my fortuner over here for regular check up. They changed the engine oil and cleaned engine air filter and toped up steering fluid. But they only charged for oil change. Good multibrand car garage. Only negative is that they are short in space as the number of cars they get for service is quite large. My sugestion go as early as possible.

Lansdown Automobile Garage. This is a decent place to get your car serviced. They cater to all brands of cars. I had a very good experience with my i10 sportz repair and servicing.Mr Partha who is a supervisor here is a very well mannered person. Though sometimes overloaded with work pressure due to many bookings, he still attends your queries and explain the work they are doing with patience. I would suggest you to book a slot in advance, before you take your car for servicing...as this garage gets lot of service request everyday.The mechanics here are very professional and well mannered too. The infrastructure is upto the mark as well, with four car lifting bay.I would also like to mention Ms Bijetri who overlooks the operation here. She was very helpful and took extra effort to ensure the car servicing was done upto the mark !!!I would recommend this place over many other shady garage where they are waiting to dupe you.

Had gone to get my Duster’s front shockers replaced.They had the part in stock and the work was completed in total 2.5 hoursGood & efficient !!!

Took my Duster her for periodic service. First I would bring to your notice that this place is very poorly managed. Cars are not properly handled and mostly parked on road. They have only 4 lifts but they take bookings for too many cars at a time. AC work not done here and many other jobs are outsourced. They took 7 hours to service my Duster which should take a couple of hours honestly. Quality of work is okayish but not very satisfactory. My duster was throwing check engine light. Even after telling them multiple times they didnt pay any attention to my problem. The main problem is mechanics and manager Partha Da is so busy taking bookings of car that they dont even listen to your problem properly which is kinda rude. About my check engine light they didnt give any proper explanation and just reset it which came back after 5 kilometers of driving. Honestly wouldnt recommend this place if you want good care and proper customer service. Price is also not too less but lesser than dealer workshop.

I went today to check my car as the battery warning sign was on .Great location . Easily accessible . People were extremely courteous .They fixed my problem within 30 minutes sharp.Labour charge is less compared to other stations , however they didnt compromise on the work done .Its a very old service station and still lives up to the name .Lastly , very humble owner Mr Debasish .

Ive been to this place a number of times to get my cars repaired. I use a verna, a vento and an esteem. Theyve done a good job even with a complicated car like Vento which normally should only be taken to a VW authorised service station. However, it seems that these folks are quite good at repairing all kinds of makes including mercs, beemers, audis as is evident from the sight of these cars standing there during my multiple visits. They have both the tech and the manpower infra to handle a large variety of cars. Their charges are not too expensive ( though not cheap) and delivery is generally within 24 hours.

Not fair to customer

The most authentic service providers. All mechanical and body job done here irrespective of car make and models. No overbilling. The owner is a gentle person with adequate knowledge. Mechanics are well trained. Overall excellent experience whenever I have visited.Highly recommend.

Not at all Trustworthy.They changed my cars 4 shock absorbers and 2 Lower arms on March 2020.It got hard within 11 months and now again they are telling to change all the things on Feb 2021.I have been fooled by them.They have fitted defective spare in my car.My car ran only 14000 kms.This is only expected from a footside garage like Lansdowne Automobiles.Mr Animesh who is the manager of Lansdowne auto is an absolute rubbish.

I Got my 2008 Innova Body work and New paint done here and they did are fairly good job. Paint finish and technique is good, However the cleanliness in work and Paint detailing is poor. Received my car with multiple swirls in paint. They could have done lacquer better and wax as well

Mr Debasish Bose the owner is most honest garage owner I have ever seen in my life considering my posting pan India. He never cheats customers which is prevelant with most of the Authorised Dealers workshops. He never makes quick money. Extremely helpful at all times. He a rarest gem in automobile industry and a definition of a true Genius in automobile sector. His profound knowledge on all cars ranging from Mercedes Benz, Audi, Skoda, to all Indian 4 wheeler cars. His undeniably strong knowledge of spare parts and matching it to any car at time of emergency is truly praise worthy. He has versatile knowledge from mechanical to electrical then from automation to Body Shop. He is God gifted. I am his customer and fan since last 15 years.

Not a place for people who respect their car. Mine a fiat linea; drove into their workshop with 1 issue, came home with 5.The unskilled workers have no idea to fix non desi cars but they pretend to be experts. They damaged driveshaft, broke the side indicator infront of me and said they dont have a new one.Damaged suspension by dropping it from hydraulic jack.Screwed up the alignment.Damaged power windows.Yes, guys its strange but all I said above is true.I will have to take my MJD to an authorised service centre to get these fixed.Saving money proved extremely expensive.Never ever, even in my wildest dreams I will think of going there.
