The bike was very well maintained, very clean, there was no issues with the service. They shared as all the legal papers 9f the bike so there was no issues at all. They are usually not reachable over call, but they deliver the bike on time, so no worries, also the hiring rate is quite affordable.

Worst experience ever...!!!! I have booked one scooty and paid 800rs as advance. Thereafter no response from the dealer. Literally i have tried thousand times calling their number and everytime the call was declined from other end. Worst ever experience. Dont ever use this application or their service.

They are completely fraud. Do not pick up phone and the address provided does not exist. Lost more than 500

One of the worst experience I ever had.. I am a frequent traveler... I used various online based apps which provides services of renting bike and scooter. But Just Bike is provides one of the worst services Because of following reasons. 1) post booking I didnt get any itinerary for my booking neither any mail nor able to see booking history 2) customer care no. is not working3) Delay in delivering and picking of the scooter at destination 4) Ground staff is bad behavior 5) Lies & Unprofessional

Dont take bike from them ..I repeat dont take.they first provided a defective bike(for me - chain sound was there, tire is not good condition) - and I told them the same while collecting - they replied it is used for 40K Kms, so this was the quality. then after collecting the bike they were charging me I broke the silencer, chain sound is there. So the experience is not professional - the basic value - honesty - was missing.

Extremely unprofessional service provided. My husband booked for a Suzuki scooter at 9am-5pm(8hrs). Their senior executive and their executive who dropped & picked up the scooter continuously argued that it was 11am!! When my husband provides screenshot of timing mentioned at 9am they gave extra 2hrs later in the evening. But there is no such compensation for the delay in the morning. Dont book with them. Very very poor service.

This bike agency is a cheater. I have booked for Honda Grazia for 2 days w.e.f 23rd Oct 20 to 25th Oct 20. They came with old model Hero pleasure. I refuse to take Hero pleasure. I asked about them for Grazia. They cancelled the booking. Told that refund will coom soon. Today is 29th Oct 20, amount is not credited to my account. Please do not book any bike or scooty from them, they dont have any official location, so you can catch up. Now I am going to take action for registering cyber complain in Lalbazar Cyber Cell.
