Courteous servicemen

The stuffs are not very knowledgeable and may appear unprofessional but some of them are quite helpful and kind. If you want to purchase a vehicle I recommend you to do some research yourself before going here.

Showroom is well maintained, with well stocked bikes and scooters. But sales executive was very casual, had to ask everything what actually she should say by her own, asked for the brochure, she didnt care to give.

Its been 3 months but their service is very poor they are not providing free services helmets and other equipment easily just delaying things...staffs are not good too

If you feel hot then go to showroom take a nap because air condition(AC) also available there and go out. Honda dealer near barrackpore zone. Very decent behaviour of employees. If they unable to help, their suggestions may help you to get better service.

Worst feeling dealer was poor communication skill and behavior is also very bad and ignoring.. Very disappoint and suggest not to go there.

I had purchased my Honda Activa 5G Oct 19 but till today i not received my Helmets. Every time when i visited they said please come after 2 days

Worst store... Behaviour of all employees is rude. They dont attend to the customers property, are not at all interested in selling the scooters and their behavior is pathetic.

Visit at morning... Closes early

Sales person is very RUDE, not describing regarding vehicle properly..always busy in his Mobile phone & ignoring behavior...Honda should look into this matter and provide some of good sales person over there..because of this, I have to go another showroom to buy same vehicle.
