Products are branded, the store are well quipped with necessary items for riding but main problem is behaviour. The behaviour of the sales girl is rude and i feel that she is not willing to show the products. Moreover I have purchased a rynox riding jacket of Rs.5750/- but I have surprised when they give me a kaccha bill/normal bill instead a GST bill/pakka bill. Its surprised me a famous shop in kolkata how can do that.

Collection was great yesterday i brought 2 piece BBG Voyger jacker worth rs14k, they did not gave me a single rupee discount, the mrp was 7000 per piece, really disappoint, on many youtubevideos thy use to say about discount goodies but that was totally fake just fake promotion,

Really happy with the experience of my first purchase from Gear Up.The behaviour of the staff is very polite and gentle.They really have a great collection of biking gears , accessories and helmets and for a reasonable price.I bought a BBG Navigator Jacket for ₹8500 which includes a full thermal liner and a outer rain liner with chest , back , elbow, shoulder armour of level 2.And I think its money worthy.P.s 😅 - I asked for discount , instead of which they gifted me merchandise of gear up ( a t-shirt , stickers).Id like to visit them again.

I am buying from this store since 2016 and to be honest back then there were no proper motorcycle riding gear and accessories shop in Kolkata. Although Wellington had some but some were not trustworthy whereas others did not had proper knowledge in this particular catagory.During my multiple visit since 2016, I bought Rynox tank bag, Rynox Riding Pant, Helmet (twice), saddle bag and many other things. They are reliable and trustworthy. If you need something in this category just visit this place, I can bet you will not go to any other store even if the product is available here.

Good for hi end gears. The owner is one hell of a man. Good hospitality. Though nothing comes cheap here. But not even for once will you feel that the value for money factor is missing. The ideal place if you are a beginner or a pro. They charge you actual prices and their aftersale hospitality is awesome. Most arrogant shop attendants ever I seen. Its seems they are selling secrets war weapon not bike accessories. You cant touch the helmet which you like and want to purchase before billing. You cant take photos of the helmet which you going to buy.They treat you as you are a thief not a buyer. I wise to mark them in negative.The most 3rd class shop. Willington or Biker genome is far far better.It was 21st July 2021. Time approx 7:30pm to 8:00 pm. If a helmet will brake by holding in customer hand then its better to avoid selling and obiously if I intentionally or by mistake brake it I have to buy this. But that doesnt mean I cant hold this to check its finishing and weight. It will be better than argument to you ask your staff to behave good with the customers. Hope you shall found the Video and Audio and listen the same. If I can able to purchase a bike with 2.5lac then I can also buy a helmet which approx 7k.Ask to change your staff behaviour, I am not the only one who is complaining about this. Oneday it ruin your business as like your reputation already, to few people like me.

Good riding gears are available here but i suggest calling Deep da( friendly and helpful) and know of the availability of the product if you have something in mind prefixed or else you may run out of options as limited stocks of what you want may be available considering the size issues. Hoping to get my other requirements on my next visit. Overall nice experience.

Got a pair of riding gloves worth 5k. Even that wasnt enough to elicit decent behaviour from the two lady sales reps. They were EXTREMELY reluctant to show around Bell/HJC helmets and didnt seem too knowledgeable about CE/ECE/SNELL/SHARP certifications.

Well this is a very well known place in the biking community in kolkata. This store is located in bhawanipore. Their stock is pretty good in terms of luggage, jackets and helmets. But the problem is with the attitude of the sales person that they have. They are not willing to show you options. It’s more like I will show you 2 if you want take it or leave it. Also they don’t stock up things. Hence it is likely that you want something but you won’t get once you reach there. So better to call them up before you go there.

Awesome from for every riding kit.

All the helmets are imported. Do not go there of you want to buy regular helmets for regular bikes. I rode 7kms thinking that they are helmet specialists, as the map description indicates, but I had to return empty handed. Minimum is 4-5k I believe.

If you are going for helmets then Gear Up is the best place to check in. All bike accessories are available there too. My first visit to the store narrowed my list of exploration. 👍

Unprofessional behaviour. The owner even does not know how to talk gently with new riders. We are not only new riders but also customers. First learn how to talk and then do business.

All the products are high quality! And all riding gears are available. The owner Mr. Dipmalya Nath is very friendly and gives right suggestion for your actual needs. They keep excelent riding jackets, armour guards, helmets, several tools, batteries, shoes, luggage carriers, luggage bags amd many more.

They have a good collection of helmets, jackets, gloves and other riding gears. But if you go there for a cheap one, then youre wrong. Helmets in general starts around 4000₹. They dont have any collection of studds, steelbird, vega. They have all imported items. Pretty expensive store. But it has a good collection...
