My cars AC was working fine before I gave it for servicing, after servicing it stopped working. When I raised it with the manager he started giving lame excuses and lying that ac was not working previously also. When I took the issue with the owner he behaved like a thug and shouted so loud that my heart patient father almost trembled. I just told them take whatever money you want and I will get my car done from another place.I will never recommend this place to anyone.

The owner of this place, Mr. Sambit Das is extremely well mannered and has knowledge.He is very pleasing and helpful. Highly recommend this workshop for all ur car needs.

I would like to inform everyone out there that in spite of being an Advocate of Calcutta High Court, Deluxe didnt refrain from cheating, misrepresenting and defrauding me. If you engage people like Mr. Sanjoy Sarkar who supposedly has 15 years of experience and is a replacement of Mr. Biplob Das who had left their services last month for reasons best known to him, this is bound to happen. You chose the wrong person and the wrong professional to mess with. I shall ensure this reaches the highest grievance cells along with lodging a criminal complaint for the way you had harassed me and compromised me in such testing times where the World is grieving but you are only concerned about making money.Since, I am unable to respond to the Owners reply to my grievance, let me elucidate in seriatim for better knowledge of EVERYONE and it is as follows-1. I was invited by DELUX on account of a discount that is going on in labour charges due to Poila Boisakh and was promised a PICK UP and DROP along with quick service. The Car was picked up in the morning of 23.04.2021 and the driver neither had a challan nor a receipt as an acknowledgement of the pick up, therefore letting me be in the shadow.2. I had to call up and ask whether my car was received or not as I didnt receive any acknowledgement even via a text message.3. I had gone to their office in the evening well within their working hours to comply with the Insurance Form to which Mr. Sanjay attended but he was not willing to help me out in filling it, I had provide all my necessary documents, which he had photocopied and suddenly vanished from his seat without informing me while I was stranded without any clue as to what all portions to fill in or not. I also had to submit the form to a subordinate of his, as he was nowhere to be found. Mind you, this as per my knowledge isnt how you deal with your customers.4. On 26.04.2021 when I was enquiring about the status, he did not receive my call but later reverted stating that he had forgotten to take a document from my end which I had specifically told him to check on that very day as I would not be willing to expose myself and going back and forth as I had already made my signatures.5. The claim was supposedly registered on 24.04.2021 but that was not being processed for latches from the end of DELUX, which I was informed by the Insurance Company when I had called Mr. Sanjay, he had the audacity to argue with me, yell at me and also disconnect my call as if I am his subordinate. This is highly unacceptable.6. I was neither shared my job card details nor was I informed of this racket, which I presume are your sly tactics to ensure you keep your records clean as you might think I cannot raise anything in regards to these latches to MARUTI without the job card details.7. I had to go and collect the car without a single service done to my car on 27.04.2021 and also not get a DROP for reasons best known to you. It seemed I had a free parking facility for 4 days in these times of a PANDEMIC.Therefore, I put it out to you, whether conveniently putting the blame on the Insurance without considering all these latches from your end, creates a great impression upon your Grievance Redressal specially with your REPLY to my REVIEW.

Lack of space, couldnt provide a simple part.Have to wait for half an hour to take the car out of the station after complete job and payment.Condition of the wash room is horrible but can get pollution tested and ioc fuel pump at same premises..Regards..

Its a Maruti authorized service center . Very much reasonable if compared with Sanai motors. But sometimes charges more than MRP. So be careful & the worst part is stealing petrol/diesel from cars.
