They done my servicing in just 30 minutes. There behavior and work was fantastic. Also they offer me a tea .

I went there on 6 May 2021 for first servcing of my scooter. I had a nice experience. I was called prior to the servicing date for booking. It cost 325 for Engine Oil change and labour cost free.There is a A/c waiting room within TV which you can wait after your job card is prepared.
Not really satisfied.. I found local garage more convincing and pocket friendly for same parts..
They ask you for booking ans if you do a service booking it doesnt makes any sense Waiting time for servicing your bike will take many hours for everyone.Remember if its your first free service dont expect too much, they will quickly do your free service and take next paid service of another customer.Water spots are left on the bike body after the was, at least they should wipe it off with a cloth.Dusts are still present at the lower engine part.They dont work seriously. Partiality is done, every worker doesnt work the same time the other does even the task of the both worker is same. From my experience me and another stranger had first servicing and the worker who did min did the work in just 10mins without cleaning the bike properly i have attached images. Whereas the strangers bike was done in 30mins.. That worker was hardworking and he cleaned that bike properly, not like mine.
OnlyName is service centre all executive are busy in meeting with manager I waited approx 2 hour atlast i returned,worst service provider I ever experienced.................I really cant imagine what kind of service they r giving to their customer it is really shameful for the big brand HONDA
Worst experiencestafs are lassy and they didnt maintain proper timingI went for my scooter first service and just a wash & oil Chenge took 7 hr even after booking . as well as no canteen present at this service center

There is no restroom, no basic facility for customers. They washes bike only using water whither others companies service centre using foam wash too. They charged 200 for bike shiner(not teflon coating) that was too much costly. Not so friendly.

Service quality was good. I had to change battery and I purchased battery Amaron make. After two weeks battery was found defective. It took two weeks to get the perfect one. In a nutshell I can say one should visit this service center for servicing two wheeler.
Too much work pressure, too much time required for every customer to service his vehicle.

I have my Byke for repair, they said maximum 3 days but they delivered me in 5 days with 76 km run in scooter when I asked they said it runs to check handling and electric short and at last they fitted the repair part not properly. After hew days same issues came I will never recommend this service center in life...Very bad experience...

We try to connect Cloud 9 Honda service center for Paid Service of our bike but they are so much busy or they are just dont care about customer. One people try to connect with them regular wise but they havent no headache. Customer care representative said called later.which kind of service they provide ? Realy need answer from Honda .
I do my bike servicing from this place, overall they have provided good services till now.
No proper regulation. it is very time consuming. And go for local shops because these are less coster then there free servicing.

Last time got a tremendous poor two wheeler service by these guys.. and end of the day when that have delivered my car post service..seen seat lock broken.. not working..car not at all clean and polished after water wash and all... Cloud 9 showroom is worst.Their behaviour is so bad and they are plundering in this situation.They are asking money more than any other showrooms.Their service center which is located at ganganagar is quite good.

Very systematic. Skilled workers and gives information exactly what is needed. Prices are actual. Great waiting room with AC, TV, Water RO. Had to wait only 2.5 Hrs for servicing.

Last 10 days not recieve my scooty till they are said parts not available till they said my scooty will repair after 3 to 4 days dont know what happened there. Very poor service quality.
I came here after reading good rating in google and completed fifth service of My bike, and hence I can state the followings# They dont have enough number of technicians.#They mostly employed novice technicians.#Their service is not up to the mark.#They changed little bit higher than other Honda service center.#They cant solve your problem in one attempt, so you have to visit here for several time.

Huge mismanagement. I was stuck there for nearly 6 hours for a 20 minute first service of my bike because of the crowd. They should pre book to avoid this type of harassment to the customer. 1 star for the manager of the service center.

The environment and the staff behaviour is awesome... But after 2years still they are not able to increase my scooty milage.(right now its just in average 27kmpl...this means there brochure are all lie....Yesterday they ask me to change the air filter. In my quiry they said it should be changed after 13k km...i am just shocked coz in past 2years including yesterday, they changed air filter 4times..btw my odometer reading was near to 8k...I dont know,.....

Best place for honda bike service
I went there for a regular service at 9am and get a serial no of 5. I thought it wouldnt take more than 2hours but I get my scooty at 2 15pm. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. First they complete their unfinished work of previous day then they start new one.More than that they are taking extra 1% charge for digital transaction but not mentioning in bill receipt.Giving 2star only for their polite behaviour and workmanship.It would be better if I dont have to waste my entire day only because of servicing.Thank you.

They have the worst service. They always fail on their commitment on delivery schedule and service technician are novice. I have serviced twice and some fault or the other has cropped up the very next day. Their attitude is also like they are obliging us by there service. All Honda owners are requested to service else where and not at Cloud 9 if they dont want to get cheated. One more thing if you do telfon on your bike they issue bill ( after asking for the same several times) in some other company bill pad. Think of it, they are practicing illegal works sitting under Honda Brand name.

Nearest Honda service station to Madhyamgram i.e. my home town. Please, dont confused with Madhyamgram chowmata Honda showroom as I first got confused.
Store is good.but the problem is no parking slot for all. Very good collection but till no option to choice many more. It is a peaceful area. It is very friendly and very well behaves manager. manager manages well.

One of the best honda service centres in Bengal, the CBR specialist Kartik da is really friendly and helpful.. But I m not giving 5star because the mini labours are thieves, I had got my tank washed so I give them Rs 150 with 2 (1litre) jar and asked them to fill 2litres of petrol.. They came back after filling one jar full and another one half bottle and told me that another litre of petrol wont fill in another jar (a serious lame excuse), the second jar was half filled and they said they filled with Rs 130 petrol including both the jars which is a blattant lie.. However this type of sly stealing of money may be its Rs 10-20 harming the reputation of the service centre..

Reliable...But the technicians are not skillful enough to diagnose the problem which my bike had, and they could not even understand what Im trying to say.At last I was told them the cause of the problem which my bike had and what to replace or repire, then they did so...Poor workmanship or technicians...BUT NEVERTGELESS THEY HAVE A NICE AND GOOD FRIENDLY BEHAVIOUR, WAITING ROOM FACILITIES AND SERVICE CHARGE AS WELL AS HONDA GENUINE PRODUCTS AT A CHEAP COST, SPECIALLY SERVICE CHARGES...

It was my 4th free service, when I booked over phone they told me to reach by 9 AM, but they opened only by 9.30 AM. If I had to go wait for half an hour, why should I book in advance. And now after reaching there they say vehicle cant be washed as their wash station has sime issues. They have promised a free wash later though. Overall, am not very satisfied with the service.
Very pathetic experience.whatever the problem I asked them to rectify,they have not done that. Infact they have not even washed my scooty well.
