Friendly maruti service station for behala, went for first service of our first car, Alto 800 LXI. Took pre appointment and the job started immediately. First, wash then oil change and lastly Shampoo. They also have an A/C lounge area, if the customer wish to wait and offers cup of tea. Staffs are friendly and punctual. Location wise also great. I purchased a mobile phone charger and repaired my chappal.

The labours here are very lazy.can only deal 2 or 3 cars at a moment. Not at all professional and they always want to replace parts.

Service engineer is polite and explained things clearly and properly after thorough checking and showing in details. Estimation matches expectation and servicing is very good with timely delivery. Only at reception, I have expected to have more enterprising interaction as I had to wait for nearly 20 mins before asking around to find someone to attend, but then my experiences are mostly from service centres in delhi.

I used to service my car in Bhandari Maheshtala and had tried other Maruti approved workshops near Bahala as well but my best Best experience so far has been with Autokraft. With them I can give them my car for servicing resting assured that everything will be taken care of with the utmost care and I wont be cheated. If they find something thats beyond their capability they wont touch it and will simply ask you to reach out the dealer... like in my case 2 years ago when I needed them to work on my cars steering which was producing some weird noise. They looked at the Airbag symbol on the steering and asked me to take it to the dealer as they were not confident with airbag equipped car steerings.Highly Recommended.

Such a worst service centre I have never seen, I went there for servicing my car on last Sunday (17/3/19) on the basis of online reviews, I met one Punjabi manager( I didnt asked his name) he told me it will take 4/5 hrs but after completing all the paper formalities he said today isnt possible to deliver you car, I agreed for the next day .Next day around 12pm a lady called me to know when I am coming, I said please complete all the work till 4 pm. She promised me but when I reached there at 4.15 pm I have seen only partial inside cleaning was done . Outside cleaning , washing & many of the parts replacement was not done for which requisition was given by me earlier. This is very ridiculous without replacement of some parts they told me it is done after then when I said them I will check it out by other agencies wheather parts are changed or not then they fix the AC filter in front of me, when I was coming back I observed clutch & break adjustment was also not done. Finally what I have confirmed they have not done any service of my car, but I have paid them RS 6570 including oil & necessary parts change .

Great quality of work and the only workshop around Behala which delivers its paint jobs using a heat chamber. Great place to maintain your car. Pricing is on the costlier side.

Very good service centre. You will not get a waiting lounge with sofas and TV but what you will get is proper, fair servicing for your car. I prefer this over dealer workshops.

The service is good here, but lacks space for parking your car and service zones. Do take your car early for service here.

I am very satisfied from this service

The very important fact is the people are very honest. I went to them with a problem in my car thinking it would be a major one. They took 15 mins to search the problem and resolved it immediately. To my surprise they didnt charge any money and said it was a minor one.
