They would login atleast 5 to 6 times and impact your cibil for any enquiry you make. They would ask for documents again and again and wont coordinate among themselves. Even the Branch Manager is just soft spoken but wont be of any help. They have this guy Somenath who collects documents and would dodge u till next month end to file the same request again. Trust me they just want to meet their targets and would increase your workload unnecessarily. Just two of many screenshots and torture they took me through.
