Huge harrasment in withdrawal of cash. Today my son visited ultadanga branch to withdraw cash but they have denied and said me (about 60 years old) to visit bank. There is already two signatures one on front and one in back side of cheque but manager said one more signature.I have complied what said by manager. I think only favourable persons can withdraw cash easily as and when required. I am planning to switch other bank like hdfc etc after march ending.

Branch having Welath Management lobby. Very good banking privilleges are there.

Good service. Cordial staff.

The route taken by Google Map was longer and by road instead by main route it was a bad experience
