Very bad service and experience I have had with icici bank gc Avenue branch Ive been following up with them for more than a month regarding the business loan given all required documents and details, was given promise that loan would be processed sooner agreed on their roi and other conditions but suddenly after a month I get a message stating it got declined. First time applied for a loan from my bank provided that they will process the loan sooner but things turned out to be very bad and I wasnt given any explanation as to what is the issue why the loan process got declined. Icici bank should value and fulfill the requirements of its customers irrespective of their profile because every other banks,NBFC are helping their customers to the best way possible in this stressed time. Gc Avenue branch kindly get your employees responsive to do their duty rightfully.
