I applied for a Home Loan. My credit score was above 800 with not a single late payment. I took a car loan from them and repaid it within 12 months. My salary was well above their minimum requirements for home loan. I submitted each and every document they asked for. They harrassed me for 1 full month and then cancelled my home loan. The reason was I dont work in a Multi-National Company. Apply home loan from them if you wish to waste your time. They are SBI in disguise.

Always a worst experience. Representative on the other side are most of the time buzy in gossiping. Despite being a private bank it works as a government bank because you have to roam from counter to counter to get your work done, then also they will make you seat 15 minutes everytime.

Its most fastest processing branch in kolkata & its gives longest banking hour after r.n.mukherjee road.here employee r very help full & take care of the customer
