I have an account in this branch for long. My first a/c with this bank was in Agra; then transferred that to Salt Lake (I think it was the only branch this locality). Ultimately from the very beginning of this branch it was transferred here and I started one new a/c here. I have seen may managers, officers and others. I am still in touch with a few. I have not experienced much poor service/behaviour, though I mostly transact online. A few, I still remember- almost all were with supportive attitude. Till date I have positive attitude to their service. I remember their support when I lost all my cash from the account. I miss my branch, while sitting in Guwahati.Dear Team ICICI Bank,Probably there is some misunderstanding. I have not mentioned of any inconvenience. I briefed about my relationship with ICICI, support from and good relation with the branch.

Staff are non co operative,They force to sell trading account and Rs.50000/- fixed deposit with saving account.Otherwise account cannot be open. Strange!!!!

Very poor service, not helpful at all. Staffs behave like they are working in Government bank. Very bad experience.
