Location is too good as it is situated near behala chowrasta and just beside bus road.
Useless customer service. The behavior of the staff is intolerable to say the least. I have been visiting behala branch since many years and each time my experience gets worse. The staff makes you feel like beggars. Today a staff also had the nerve to insist upon dragging my 74 year old mother to the branch for KYC updation, saying that it was compulsory, even in the time of a pandemic. It surprises me to see people giving positive reviews.Other branches of ICICI Bank give good service but Behala branch needs to teach some discipline to its staff members.
Their customer service is worst. They promise for best service but they dont. If this useful to others dont deal with them

Its a really good branch. Though now a days, after introduction of so many features in internet banking, there are not many things left which you can do at branch, except cash deposit! Several staffs are there who are really customer friendly. To get a Bank Guarantee or to open a New Account is really a matter of few minutes only. Please keep the good work ethics up!

Extremely unprofessional and worse service. Bieng a private bank it shuts its door at 3pm.. Thats not at all acceptable..
Very inefficient employees. They are never willing to help. Doesnt matter how urgent your case is you have to wait there unnecessarily even if there are no customer. Other branches nearby have far better service. Would suggest not to get any service from this paticular branch.

Terrible!!! I have been trying to reach the branch over phone since November 2016. No one picks up the phone. I was once assured by the branch manager and the deputy manager to receive the KYC form by email. Its been more than 2 months no reply from them.
Very poor service. mobile number is still not updated.as said by staff it will take only 5 mins. big lie.
It is better to give negative ranking to them, highly irresponsible peoples are working at that branch, anything you do regarding documentation that will mishandle and end up with a huge time delay. I have faced it for repeated times
